Before I found Michal's videos on YouTube Tech Recruitment was a complete mystery for me. But after watching a couple of videos I knew that I have to sign up for the Program! Live sessions were great, but the number of materials you receive while signing up is just ENOURMOUS. Knowledge has tendency to fly away while not used - this is not the case in this situation! Perfectly prepared materials will allow me to come back to all the details even years after the training. Thank you, Michal!

Great and Unique training!

Even if I only taken the replay version, I think it's practical as it touches the most important elements one needs to focus on when recruiting IT candidates.
Michal is doing a great job explaining and simplifying the IT landscape and recruitment specificities and techniques, using mind maps, real examples, webinars and sessions.

The presentation Michal held was very useful, well organized, and detailed. A lot of great examples regarding sourcing techniques and approaching candidates, and a lot of tips that every recruiter can put into practice every day.

I have been in Headhunting since recently and I came to the seminar to see how I can improve in my work. I am delighted with the seminar. In his lectures, Michael is clear, precise, follows the course of the seminar. Most importantly, in addition to explanations, the seminar had practical examples and answers to all the questions we had. All the recommendations for the seminar, I continued to work with Michaelna and I am sure that I will got a lot of knowledge and that I will very soon be one of the best recruiters in my region!

Michal is a very patient and knowledgeable trainer and guide, so it was very easy to follow this seminar. As I will soon start recruiting in the IT industry more intensely than before, it was indeed very helpful for me to see and learn about the terminology, in particular. All Michal's examples were hands-on, I have picked up a lot, and I appreciate the extra materials and the contact he keeps with all his participants even after the seminars. Thank you again!

Outstanding program, I learnt a lot of new techniques and using every day, like sending attractive job descriptions, im maintaining checklist, Im able to search keywords using boolean search, I started talking to candidates for 25 mins, 5 mins to make report, My senior manager was impressed, It really worked out well. This training was excellent! I had almost zero experience on IT background so i can say that this well explained training tech recruitment is suitable for non-tech people working in HR.

Great introductory course that outlines the overall scope of what the IT-recruiter should know. Great first step for more deep immersion

Best value: A clear, comprehensive explanation of the technologies with practical details related to the recruiter´s needs.

My take-aways: a deeper understanding of the IT world, easier reading of CVs, understanding of IT positions and client´s needs.

I wish I had known sooner how useful and practical this course is. You can even see how Michal is debriefing the JDs and is searching the candidates online.

And last but not least: friendly and encouraging delivery from Michal!

I have to say; this is one of the best trainings I have joined. I have zero experience in IT Recruiting, let alone, have never even worked as a recruiter. This program has all the information I can ask for. There are so many informative videos, that Michal thoroughly goes through. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. I was clueless at first when I first started. I still am not fully knowledgeable but at least I gained alot of basics. I am 100% I got the VIP program. For I know it'll also help me in the long run, especially once I get hired and begin my journey as an IT Recruiter. You are bound to learn. His mind-maps are Everything! If I was to change anything it'll be to make sure the VIPs or whoever has access to go through modules and clips before class begins just so they can familiarize themselves to what's to be taught and basics to recruiting. As I mentioned I came in with NO experience at all. I transitioned careers completely so it was a IT world knowledge shock. But with practice I am getting it. It's worth every penny! I am not sure how the experienced folks feel but I am very happy. The only neg which isnt big would be the feedback and answering questions to emails/messages especially on the academy site. I understand he gets bombarded with messages but as a VIP member I expected a little more attention to that. But its no biggie because he does provide so much valuable material.
