Your customer service is inadequate. I order a Christmas gift in Nov and filed a claim and as of this date 12/18/25 I have not received my replacement. Be careful with this service.

I love the products from your company. The Concha slippers are so comfy.

My 1 item I received was fine, but I ordered 3 additional items that still have not shipped. When purchased, it was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, but my order is "in process." I have emailed customer service twice for an update with no response. I understand it is a busy time with the holidays, but this order was placed on Black Friday and these are gifts for family. My frustration is with the lack of response from the company.

I liked the products when I received them. I didn't like that they took a LONG time to arrive, so long that I had forgotten I had ordered them. Luckily I had ordered them for myself and not for gifts for anyone else.

Easy to order and received in excellent condition! My daughter will be do jazzed when she opens this gift.

I am a little disappointed with the process for special orders. The lack of communication was huge. I understand that it was a problem with the manufacturer but there was no real updates.it took 2 months to get my product. I had to keep emailing almost every week to obtain a response.
Other than that, I'm happy with my product. Very beautiful and sturdy. Lots of compliments.

The slippers look amazing,although they are a Christmas present for my daughter. I’m pretty sure she will enjoy them and the purse.

It took months to receive my 20oz tumblers, with no communication, unless I sent an email requesting status once the anticipated date passed. Need to improve on communicating once the due date on back orders are not meet.

The products were great and came in great condition. The shipping was also fast and easy

First ordered in oct 8 never recieved item was told be shipped in beginning dec nothing was shipped reached out to them again they replied i should recieve in jan,they said was my fault i put my order to late for a preorder ,thankfully paypal had them refund me got the email today dec 16 ,never again

I love all the products I ordered. Hopefully you will make the pantuflas in like color brown so I can get some for my husband. No complaints here! Love my stuff.

Delivery takes a while. Also, product was out of stock after I had ordered so had to wait longer.

Preordered and paid and never received my order. Emails to them went unanswered until I finally just asked to cancel my order. Very disappointing would not recommend

The bag was missing the free charms. I have sent 4 emails and they have not responded to the last 3 I sent. The Bordado bag has a terrible smell. It's been outside in my garage for several days to air out and it still smells.

Great quality of product but it is pricey. I have ordered a couple of times and they have been great wish things were a bit more affordable.

I received my tumbler that is so beautiful and sturdy and I received my suitcase which is also very nice and so easy to move.

So happy my granddaughter will be so happy
