Mexistuff Arvostelua 

I placed an order for over $200 at the beginning of March 2026. I was super excited. I ordered a bag and suitcase for upcoming travel. The dates my items were supposed to arrive continuously got pushed back. In June 2026 I requested a full refund and received the response that if I waited they would give me 50 off shipping ($25 shipping is out of control by the way). I was not interested. I filed a claim with my card since it became apparent that they were not going to refund me. Fast forward August 2026 they are disputing the claim. I guess they think they are entitled to keeping $200+ for items never sent! I thought I was supporting local business and culture. Total scam! Never again!

Ordered in 3/2026....PAID at that time as well......still waiting on the product and it is now on sale for less than I paid!! Only responses are "canned" ' gosh we are sorry for the delay BS.' Would not recommend this company.

On February 28, 2026, I placed an order for four items on mexistuff.com.

On March 20, I sent my first email to the company
requesting updated shipping info. There was no reply, and I sent another email on April 14.

The company replied on April 17 stating
some items were on backorder and they usually wait until everything is ready to ship and send it out. The company advised in that email that the expected shipping date would be mid-May. They did offer to ship, at no extra cost, items that were in stock. I chose to
not pursue that option and wait.

I received the order around June 10-11, much later than what had been advised by the company. I
received four items. Three were items I did order. The fourth was a tote bag I didn't order and didn't want.

I've been emailing the
company, consistently, since June 12 requesting either a refund or send me the item I actually ordered. After four emails I sent on June 12, June 16, June 18, and June 23, I finally heard from the company on June 24.

They requested images of the item that I
received and the packing slip. I no longer had the packing slip, but took photos of the tote bag they sent. I replied to the company same day, June 24, and have received no reply.
I sent two more email requests on June 30 and July 1. As of today, July 6, I've received no reply.

I filed a BBB complaint, have an open investigation with the vendor AfterPay (who I initially used to complete the
order), and also posted a request for contact on Mexistuff.com's Facebook site today. I also filed an FTC complaint.

I really just want my money back. I no longer want the item I originally ordered. My contact requests are being ignored and I need help.

My bag is absolutely beautiful 😍.

Do you not buy from this company? My order was extremely late poor communication and when I finally received my bag, it was damaged.

I also am also awaiting my order tumbler order since March. I’ve emailed them and 6 weeks later, I have to get a response.

Never received the two tote bags I ordered on March 28, 2026. They are incredibly slow to respond to email (or respond at all. They seemed to finally respond after I put a negative comment on their Facebook ad. They said one of my preorders was delayed but would ship out the one in stock on 5/8/26…still says processing and never received. Disappointing with the other positive reviews of their bags.

So, my wife wanted a tumbler for mother's day, and I placed an order on April 8th. Received today (June 8th).
I will have to say that customer service was helpful the 3 times I contacted them...they even reimbursed shipping charges. Just be aware that delays will probably happen, as other buyers have also had the same experience.

I am very disappointed. When Mexistuff first started, I made some purchases and never had an issue.
I made a purchase on 5/13/26 for 2 talavera tumblers. I have yet to receive my purchase and when I track the order #, it says it's being processed. I have reached out to mexistuff.com, their Instagram, FB, WhatsApp and I have yet to receive any kind of response as well. This makes me not want to ever purchase from them again. $100 out the door! Not happy at all.🤨

I ordered a Mother's Day pantuflas gift on April 29th to receive it before Mother's Day. Haven't received it yet. I got an email on May 20th about adding "street" to my address, "Spring [street]". I made the unnecessary change and followed the order with tracking. Tracking stated delivered but I have NOT received my order yet; as of today, June 1st. I just want my $20 order. It's only slippers. Please remedy asap. Order 441632

FOR THE 5 time. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER IT WAS SENT TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STATE AND RETURNED TO YOU AND THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER TO MY EMAILS!! I WANT A FULL REFUND! VERY POOR SERVICE!!

I bought a bag since March 2026 and still I have not heard anything about my order. No shipping date I tried so many times to get a response thru emails and no answer. So if you think about buying from them good luck

I placed an order mid March and it included a preorder which meant my entire order will ship once that preorder is ready. I contacted customer service and they told me it would be shipping mid May. We are 4 days away from June and my order status is still “order confirmed “

I'm still waiting on a pre-order from March 2026 that was supposed to ship Mid-May. I don't want my money back just yet, I just want my tote 😏

Ordered a Pre-Order item in January and expected shipment Mid March. It still has not been received and I received an email stating that it might be shipped Mid June! This is just irritating! Why advertise false information.

Bad customer service i payed extra to get my items before mother's day and it won't come until after. I've reached out multiple times and yet no one has gotten back to me.seems they take the money but ship when they fill like it never again will I purchase from this company. Trash asf!!!

Great product. Beautiful

Have purchased and gifted more than 10 pairs of the concha pan-tuflas and 6 pairs of the bordados. Recipients just love how soft and squishy these slippers feel. The young daughters tend to steal them and claim them as their own.
