I am extremely unhappy with this service.

I am paying around £5 per day for electricity, yet the full amount does not seem to reach my meter. I feel like I am being overcharged and I have received no clear explanation or support.

I suffer from a chronic illness and have been left without electricity, with no emergency help or real customer support available. This has resulted in me spending nights in the cold and dark, alone, unable to sleep properly, eat properly, or function normally.

As I write this, I am sitting in a freezing room where I can see my breath in the air. I am putting money into electricity daily just to survive, yet I am still being left without power.

I feel like vulnerable customers are not being taken seriously. There seems to be no care or urgency around whether customers are safe, well, or even able to live in basic conditions.

I would not recommend this service to anyone, especially anyone with health conditions or vulnerabilities.

My assistant Faseegah was extremely prompt with response to my adding credit to a tennants meter, it can sometimes take 2hrs this took 2 mins. Greatly appreciate it

Awful price per kW and on top of that every time I top up I get charged a service charge.

So I spoke to David R, and he was very helpful and gave me information that I needed with correspondence while I was on my email guiding me through the steps I needed he went beyond his duty I am very delighted at the service 10/10

Terrible service! I top up online my meter and the code didn’t work. I reached their customer service and they told me that the meter number was wrong. I requested the refund as I could not use the code created with the credit and they refused to do it. Now I have a code number to a different meter and can’t use it and they can’t cancel it. It’s so absurd that in 2026 the system doesn’t match the address with the meter code. I am sure that I put the right number otherwise their system doesn’t accept it. I want my money back!!! I want my refund or the credit on my meter!!
