I made a call to get my meter working after i bought a token that wasnt going through. Ally an agent attended to me
and he was very patient and professional and assisted me to
get my
meter working . i rate his customer service skill excellent and 5 star.

Because they define the word PROFESSIONALS.

I purchased online at 3am on the 20/11/2025 when I went to use my card on the bus at 8am it said no tickets had to spend £4 to get home and then tried to use in the evening again no tickets yet how ever long it takes to actually be able to start using it you could loose 2 days travel as it goes from day of purchase and not when activated needs to be date of activation not purchase

David is so helpful and he knows very well how to treat a customer i really appreciate the way he resolved it.

I am new to Metro Prepaid and have been impressed with their response time in replying to my meter registrations, plus queries via email.
Today, I needed to speak to someone to explain in more detail how this system works - and was fortunate to chat with Dan (no bots involved and through to Dan in less than a minute - BRILLIANT!)
