Fast, Outstanding Customer Service After a Minor Shipping Hiccup
Unfortunately, my initial order was lost in the post… arriving as an empty envelope. However, the true measure of a great company is how they handle problems, and Metagenics handled this brilliantly.
I called customer support and spoke with Nicola, who immediately set about sorting it out. She arranged for my order to be dispatched right away. Just one day after my phone call with Nicola, the replacement parcel arrived safely at my door.
You couldn't ask for a faster, more helpful, or more generous resolution. Outstanding customer care from Nicola—I am thoroughly impressed!

Great product and easy on the stomach
I purchased Iron Bisglycinate directly from the company (usually purchase it from other online stores). It’s a great product and it’s easy on the stomach. Keeps my iron levels regulated.
Good 3 for 2 offer currently running and great customer service with staff who are helpful and supportive.

I would have given 5 stars but I was really unhappy about the amount of packaging used on the product I purchased. There was nothing breakable in the product and it could have been shipped in a padded envelope instead of being wrapped in about a metre of brown paper and placed in a box.
The product itself is great and I have no complaints. I am on a subscription and in my opinion it should have shipped earlier as I ran out before the arrival of the new box.
