Crash Bandicoot Nendoroid figure
Placed my order with MetaGeeks, received email with order acknowledgment then later a confirmation of despatch. Order was for my sons birthday present so when I received confirmation from DPD that they were delivering I was happy to note it was 2 days before said birthday. DPD let me down on two occasions where they promised delivery then changed it to the next day etc. MetaGeeks intervened and I received excellent customer service where they chased my order and kept in touch until order was received. Can not fault MetaGeeks for their personal touch, shame about the carrier.

Apalled, Stay away from MetaGeek
Apalled, disgusting customer service and attitude of the Director himself Jordan Roach sending me emails wanting to take me to court, whilst i was abroad, for thier mistake of sending me a product which i cancelled weeks ago the online store then sends the product without my knowing and accuses me of keeping it.
for wanting to start an online business he really needs to work a lot in this area.
Update: you mention that the customer service is second to none but but here you are disputing with a customer a said Director of an online business and not addressing this in a more professional/positive manner response, i highly advise to hire a customer representative, instead of personally attacking your customers as I have seen in all your negative reviews and find a more open approach instead of your current way of approach for a Director to respond in a petty way for not seeing your emails ? And still fail to accept the mistake made on your company’s behalf, now one has to ask, exactly how are you representing your company in these petty responses.
You’ve contacted me through email and have apologised, can we please act like adults and professionally resolve this situation I hope not having to see another petty response on a trust pilot review. Have a good day Jordan. All the best.

Firstly, I am unable to contact you directly, as you have chosen to withhold your information (name, email, order number). For that reason, I have no choice but to reply directly to you.
I hope you can understand that replying is good practice and we do this for both good and bad reviews. It is important that our customers know we hear them and acknowledge their feedback.
Reacquiring goods is not personal, and requesting these returned was not either. It is a shame that this was made into a personal dispute when you posted it on the internet, rather than replying to my email. To me, this is strictly professional. If you would like to resolve this, which I certainly would, please reply to my email so we can speak.
At no stage have I ever claimed we are not at fault. We did accidentally send the goods out, due to a mix up on the systems. This is our fault, and we wholeheartedly take blame for that. However, not returning the goods is also an offence, and I hope you can accept the part you have played in this. Neither party is blameless and I hope we can both acknowledge our role, and understand each others perspective.
To reiterate what I've said, if this was genuinely and accident, I apologise sincerely if I hurt your feelings. This was never the intention. However, I hope you can understand the need for clear communication (i.e giving a deadline, explanation of the circumstances and consequences). It is a requirement when this occurs, unpleasant thought it may sound. Again, I apologise for this.
Once again, if you would like to seek resolution, or would like to provide constructive feedback, you know how to contact us.

We have not received any correspondence under your name and noticed you posted on here anonymously. Your choice to spell the business name wrong reflects your intent. If you want to spend your spare time posting late night revenge attempts, that's entirely up to you. It is truly a shame that you seem to seek revenge rather than reconciliation. This reflects more on yourself than it does our team.
I contacted you several times about goods that were not paid for. You choose to ignore my emails several times, over the course of 4 days. Unfortunately, this goes from an accident to malicious intent and theft. If this was intentional, which this indicates it was, then I'm forced to recoup the goods any way possible.
As mentioned in the email, if this was accidental, and somehow you did not receive the "order shipped" email, "DPD has your parcel email" and "DPD will deliver your order today" email, then truly, I apologise sincerely. However, purposely withholding the goods is immoral and I'm required to seek the goods returned or paid for. I'm unsure why this request was met with such resistance.
Our customer service is second to none, with thousands of compliments and positive reviews. We're:
Honest - even if this means delivering bad news about delays.
Attentive - Most queries dealt with in hours on weekdays
Adaptable - No questions asked cancellations. No waiting around for nonsense. We refunded your order within hours of being requested.
I believe no one would think it is rude to request the goods returned or paid for. I'm glad you have given me an opportunity to address this.
If this was not intentional, rather than seeking attention, I believe you would seek an apology, which I have already given. At the end of the day, we're all only human. It is however a shame to see this revenge attempt, when we work so hard to resolve issues the best we can.

Quite disappointed...
I ordered the Nekopara Cinnamon Pop Up Parade figure and it came within a few days but in a small box just about fitting the figure so it was difficult to get out. There was hardly any packaging inside protecting the item and looking at the condition of the box it is all good (including figure) but there is a little tear and hole at the back where the plastic had been damaged. For an in box collector like me this is quite annoying.

We're very sorry to hear this has occurred.
We are very (very) particular about sending products that have been damaged. Any item with any damage to the packaging, is logged as damaged and put in our "damaged stock" section. If this has been damaged in transit, we're also disappointed with that too.
We've very proud of how securely our boxes are packaged, including having perfect size boxes and the correct amount of packing paper to ensure safe transit. We're very environmentally friendly and pack with enough to fill the box, but not enough to cause any kind of pressure to the packaging. Pop Up Parade figures have very fragile packaging, and we're very conscious of this.
We're sure you've seen all our great reviews and can appreciate that this is an anomaly, not the usual service we provide.
You have not contacted us to allow us to look at the issue. It would be great to be given a chance to resolve this. Our team would be happy to look at the issue and resolve this as soon as possible. You can reach us at support@metageeks.co.uk

Great, but my product came in a little damaged
I bought a Pokémon TCG product on the new MetaGeeks website as a buyer in the Netherlands. MetaGeeks takes care of the import/customs process for you entirely, which is very nice! Unfortunately, the seal of the product was a little damaged (possibly because of shipping), so I'd recommend them to pay a little more attention to packaging. Overall, I definitly recommend MetaGeeks!
