Customer service from MetaGeeks is one of the best. I had an issue with a figure that said it was in stock, but was actually pre order. MetaGeeks reported this glitch to me and was able to give me a full refund a day after I was alerted. They constantly keep you up to date with orders and when they are supposed to arrive, it feels as though you are always in the loop with your order.

The figure I ordered was a pre-order so I had to wait a few months for it to be in stock but as soon as it was it was delivered. I was actually surprised by how fast it was delivered! The figure was beautiful and the packaging ensured nothing was broken. I will be ordering again in future:)
