excellent customer service
Although the product itself wasn't suitable for me, it auto renewed so I contacted customer services. Mary Grace was polite. courteous and very efficient in responding to my enquiry and offered me several options going forward, in order to resolve the issue in the best way for me. Any further questions I had regarding my issue were responded to extremely quickly and resolved. Fantastic customer service!

Just another sales ad
When I first started I thought okay it's worth a try. After a week or so I contacted support to ask a question about taking the the pill. I was told I needed to take it the same time I ate breakfast. I was forgetting to take it and would end up taking it later. Now I do my best to remember. Today I had another question so I contacted support. They are on top of it. They answered me back quickly. I told them I was going to stay with it for the first 90 days. Even if it doesn't do what I expected I will give them 100/100 for their support department.

1 disappointing thing
The only thing I didn't like was the automatic sign up for a subscription, this is pressure sales and I don't like it. I will order what I want when I want it.

I have just started using Metabolae's…
I have just started using Metabolae's cinnamon product and cannot comment on it just yet. However, since I started with a 7 month supply, I did not want to mess with deferring or cancelling an autoship. I requested cancellation of the autoship and it was done within hours with an email confirmation. No grief, no judgement, just good customer service. Should I find the product is helping, I'll be quick to place another order.

Superb Customer Service and Integrity
I started off with an intention to write a negative review. It wasn't Metabolae's fault. The delivery driver thought it was a bright idea to "deliver" by fribeeing the package into the grass beside my driveway. I did not find it for 4 days. In the hot sun. In Florida. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy. I contacted Metabolae, showed them proof of the damaged product, and they were as horrified as I was. They took ownership of the problem and are sending me out a new shipment at no cost. Very few companies these days have that kind of integrity and the Customer Service while identifying the problem and looking for a resolution was superb (shout out Andrea). I will definitely order from them again when my batch is done.
