I had an issue with my razor and the customer service response was instant and helpful. I felt valued as a consumer!

I've had my product just over 12 months and it's started making an awful screeching sound. It doesn't sound safe to use. I don't use it often, as I also use razors, so it's probably been used 6 times in 12 months. I've tried to email customer services about it and my email just bounces back with 'email address not found' this is the one on their website. The chat bot also won't work. Very disappointing.

Buying and shipping the trimmer was smooth and easy, unfortunately mine had malfunction and stopped working. I contacted an agent (Francisco) who reviewed my claim, they touched base and had another trimmer sent the same day! Excellent company and team!

I purchased a Meridian razor and believed that I was missing a part listed in the instruction manual. I sent an email and in less than 24 hours I received an informative and professional response and explanation.
My issue was immediately resolved. I am very happy with Meridian.
Oh, and by the way, the part was not missing from the box, it was attached to the razor and I didn’t realize it.

I am a longtime customer and have used their trimmers for years. The Meridian Trimmer is a great product and very safe and easy to use. They have a great warranty and their customer service is the best. Highly recommended!

I ordered a trimmer and it came without some of the items listed in the "what's in the box". The customer service was quick and efficient. I returned the trimmer because it just didn't work for me, again the customer service was responsive and I received a refund. I was pretty disappointed by the trimmer I don't know if they're all ineffective or just the one I received.

This is my first time dealing with this company, they are so easy to deal with and my first impression is always the best impression they are a very upfront and honest company

My trimmer stopped working less than a year after purchase so I reached out to Meridian customer service to request a replacement, as the product warranty permits. Meridian sent me a replacement within a week. This time, I will not use it in the shower since rust was the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their website tricks you into subscription models, when just trying to buy once off. And glitches and chooses the wrong product. Then the returns system is so bad. It's like they're deliberately making it hard to return - using a courier company (Aramex) that only has 2 drop off locations in a city of 5 million people. And the drop off locations arent even central. Also the returns process on the Web is difficult to find, difficult to do, and then also glitched out at the point of producing the printable return label. It said to refresh the page if it wasn't loading, so I did that but then couldn't reaccess that page and had to message customer service. Who then took 5 days to give me the return label. Plus there was a time limit on processing the return. Good product but really feel scammed by their operating model.

I asked customer service for a user manual PDF and they sent it right away.

I ordered a shaving machine from this company and only later discovered they had signed me up for a subscription plan hidden in small print.

Four months later, I received an email saying my order had been accepted. When I logged into their website to check what it was about, I found out they had already been charging me $32.88 every month for the past three months.

I never knowingly agreed to or wanted this subscription. On top of that, I never received any of the products they charged me for, even though they claimed one shipment was delivered. If I had actually received it, I would have immediately realized they were continuing to charge me.

I contacted customer support asking for refunds for all three charges. They only agreed to refund one, claiming that one order was delivered and another had already been processed.

Overall, this felt far more like a scam than a legitimate company with a real product. I would strongly recommend staying away from them.

I purchased the slim trimmer thru Target online. The trimmer worked out of the box, but didn’t work after the first time i tired to recharge it. I emailed customer service and received a prompt response (less than 24 hrs). They were super kind and helpful. They shipped a replacement and gave the following helpful tips for charging:
“Here are a few charging tips that may maximize your Trimmer battery and performance:
We recommend connecting the USB cable charger to a plug with only an output of 5V 1A. Please do not use fast charger plugs as they can damage the battery and the Trimmer.
When charging, please do not use nor turn the Trimmer on. If the power button is pressed to turn the Trimmer on while charging, it will not operate as expected.
Please use only the USB cable charger that comes with your Trimmer purchase. The cable charger is included and can be found in the Trimmer box.
Avoid overcharging your Trimmer to help maximize its battery life. When the battery is fully depleted and requires charging, please note that it takes about 2 hours to charge the battery fully.
Please dry your Trimmer thoroughly and keep away from water sources or wet areas while being charged.”

Shared because I think this is helpful. Not sure if these tips were included in the instructions with the product and I just overlooked them. I’ll be more mindful of carefully reading everything when I receive the replacement. Probably going to purchase the extended warranty, if that’s still an option.

Subpar Product. Shady selling tactics, to hook you into a subscription. Will charge re-stocking fee if you try and return.

It was great until it stopped charging less than 3 years after purchase. Contacted customer service for help and they offered nothing. Just a plain “its out of warranty, nothing we can do.” Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Very disappointing.

I purchased a trimmer on Amazon and then the go-to bag from Meridian's website. I wasn't satisfied with the bag and April at Meridian resolved the issue with class and aplomb!🫡

Best customer service experience with Meridian Grooming. We were happy with the product, but when it stopped working, Meridian went above and beyond to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Excellent service.
