I was looking for a trustable, long-term partner to build on. Merchone Got recommend to me through multiple channels and ended up choosing them because of better margins and 48h fullfilment promise.

After a good time of working with them, this 48 hour fullfilment promise hasn’t (in almost all orders i’ve placed) been achieved. So i ended up losing alot of potentianally returning customers and had to scale up our CS team because we had to answer many customer questions about when the orders will be shipped. Note, that we also have the 2 day production time stated on our website.

As for their quality, it is good. No complaints on any of that. It is just being hit with constant delays that makes it hard to build a relationship with them. As my margins are now drowning in support offering instead. When you ask them about the order, they tell you they have been “prioritized” but it still takes 2 business days (or more) from that point to be fullfilled. It feels like you are getting the same answers over and over again.

We’ve had a consistently poor experience with MerchOne over the past couple of months. We held off on writing this review at first, assuming occasional issues can happen with 1–2 orders; but it’s now clear this is not an exception, it’s becoming their standard level of service.

We’ve worked with Picanova for years, and something has clearly changed. The reliability we used to count on is no longer there.

Support has been especially frustrating. Reaching out rarely helps; they respond with generic, pre-written messages that don’t address the actual issue, just to “close” the ticket.

In the past couple of months alone, we’ve had at least 10 orders with significant delays—or worse, orders that were never shipped despite receiving a tracking number stuck at “Label Created.” For some orders, it takes days of back-and-forth just to get a clear answer on what’s going on.

We operate multiple stores with this supplier, and thankfully we haven’t integrated all of them yet. Based on our recent experience, that decision likely saved us from even bigger problems.

As a supplier, you need to be reliable—sellers must be able to count on you. Right now, that’s simply not the case. These repeated failures are directly leading to delays, unhappy customers, and negative reviews on our end.

This level of service is unacceptable.

We’ve been working with this printing company for a couple of years and had built a strong record of positive experiences. However, over the past month or two, we’ve experienced significant and repeated delays specifically with their United States production.

These delays have caused serious issues on our end, including customer dissatisfaction and negative reviews that have impacted our business reputation. When we reached out for clarification, we repeatedly received pre-populated responses that did not address the actual reasons for the delays.

If you are considering using their service, especially for United States production, be aware of the recent unpredictability in turnaround times.

After having problems setting up my account payment information, the help desk finally did it for me manually but it took awhile. When I finally was able to put an order into their system I waited and when it hadnt shipped after 1.5 weeks, I contacted them by email and received a reply the next telling me they were backed up. Then I received an email telling me it was help up in shipping because they could not ship to my address. Everyone else ships to it including amazon. After reassuring them that I lived in a rural area and they could ship to that address, they did. The first to canvas prints I received were decent and I was happy with them, except it took me close to 3 weeks to get them. I order more a few weeks later and I did receive them the after 8 days, however one of the prints was cut off. To explain, I am an artist and print my paintings to sell. The software the offer that allows you to adjust a painting and move it around to show what you want printed is difficult at best. My error, when trying to adjust so it showed the area I wanted, I must have done something. It is hard to tell when you are ordering. My next and last order the color was off, they looked washed out and one frame was coming apart. On top of that I messed up the adustment and once again they did not fill the entire canvas. Luckily I can add paint and glue the frame so It wont be wasted money, just my time. But they never had of shipped them as is. I wrote to them explaining this and asking them to close my account. They said they would and was sorry I wasnt happy. I gave them 2 stars because I did have 2 good prints from them. However if your a professional I would not use them

Ich arbeite nun seit fast 2 Jahren mit merchone. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Schneller Support und nette Account-Managers, sowie schnelle Lieferzeiten. Es gab keine Probleme, die nicht schnelle gelöst worden sind. Gute Vielfalt an Produkten.

I had the opportunity to work with mercheOne since last year.

They can handle a very large volume during the busiest times of the year like Christmas and Father's Day. The production and shipping time are really short comparing to other companies. Besides, the quality is excellent, genuine products made in Germany.

Especially my personal experience with Skyler, who is in charge of my account, she is so supportive, efficient and friendly. She gave me a lot of suggestions that could boost our sales and solutions for the issues that we had.

Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Ich bestellte ein Bild bei dieser Firma, doch es kam nie an. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Empfänger die Annahme verweigert habe. Zudem habe ich einen Shop eingerichtet und zur Unterstützung wurde mir Shopify für den E-Commerce vorgeschlagen. Kunden, die in meinem Shop bestellt haben, warten immer noch auf ihre Produkte, und Shopify kann die Zahlungen nicht auffinden.

Nachdem mein Kunde die Bilder erhalten und sich über die hohe Qualität gefreut hat, gebe ich Ihnen zwei Sterne zurück. Allerdings kritisiere ich weiterhin die Zusammenarbeit mit Shopify, da der Druck und Versand über Ihr Unternehmen erfolgen. Ich benötige keinen Dritten oder fünfzehn andere Anbieter – ein einziger HTML-Code von Ihnen würde genügen, um ihn in meine Website zu integrieren.

Ich habe leider schon sehr oft negative Erfahrungen mit Merchandise gemacht. Oft kommen die T-Shirts spät bis garnicht und wenn dann in Miserabler Qualität. Anders jedoch hier! Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von der Qualität die Luny Merch verschickt. Mein bestelltes Shirt war innerhalb von 3 Tagen bei mir und hat eine Hervorragende Qualität. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!
