There is no customer service at all, or even an alternative way to reach out to them. My order was outstanding in "Order Placed" status for 5 days, I tried to reach out multiple times to ask what was wrong with it.
Then 10 days later, the parcel was delivered without any notifications, customer service response, or even status update on the website. I thought I was scammed for a while because this website was not legit.
But I've found out that they're a separate organisation of Warhammer.
And the saddest thing is, they ask £7 for the delivery (Tracked?!) for a £130 order. Is this a joke?!

I'll never even visit their website again.

Appalling service!…. I have had no notification about why my package has not been delivered! Or even posted?! I am shocked and disgusted the an organisation like Warhammer delivers such poor service! The old Games Workshop treated its customers better!

Very pleased with it and quick delivery to.

Bad business practices. I ordered items at the beginning of December. They did not ship until December 22nd. There is no movement on the tracking from a carrier I never heard of. I contacted the shop with my order number and asked they investigate. They are supposed to respond in 48 hours it's been over that. Other reviews I could find say the items are poor quality. Let it be known WarhammerMerch is not an official site for Games Workshop. Apparently they have permission to use images etc. Do not shop here. It's a scam.

I would give a review on the merch I ordered, if I had it that is. 🤣 It hasn't arrived yet but I'll leave another review as soon as it arrived

I am very happy with the PS5 Warhammer controller I ordered for my husband, a big fan! He is thrilled because it is beautiful and works perfectly! A big thank you to Mrs. Acres, whom I found to be very professional! I will definitely buy from you again!

Never in my life have I purchased something from such a frustrating company. I ordered my items mid December 2024. After about a week of no updates and Christmas nearing I checked their website, their website said my order had been fulfilled which clearly wasnt the case. I clicked their own link to a website called aftershop and all it said was heading to country destination! Then I took the actual tracking number and plugged it into USPS and they said it hadn't even left it's origin facility!! I set the company an email and got a automated response it would take 2 days for a response. Absolutely nothing. A week goes by and so does Christmas I get an email asking me "how they did" with my products what ever. I check all things again, website, aftershop, USPS same thing as last, fulfilled, on its way, not left yet. I send another email, this time saying how unacceptable all this was and at this point I want a god damn refund, I get the same 2 day response time email. Two days later I hear nothing open USPS again and it says it left the origin facility!! So two f-ing emails is what it takes to actually ship the things I've paid FIFTY DOLLARS FOR?! yeah and I still haven't gotten my items if you're wondering. Don't buy things from this company

Still waiting to receive my order....emailed the website that says they will respond within 48 hours but still no response. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I made my purchase seems like a common problem with this company.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address so my grandson didn’t get his Christmas present and to make things worse nothing is being done to rectify this mistake

I keep getting all of these emails that make it seem like I received my order. 1. It was not clear that what I ordered was a pre order. 2. I keep getting emails that make it seem like I received my order and it’s giving me total anxiety 3. I have a tracking number that I can’t use unless I down load an outside app - for the love of fu king god for for what I paid for a stupid hat my my husband give me a tracking number. And no free shipping option at all? Insulting. I would have ordered more to unlock free shipping. What’s another $50 bucks everything on the site is a a fortune. Hope we get our order since tracking it is impossible

I was considering ordering merchandise for my two grandsons for Christmas gifts. The website said the last date to order for Christmas delivery was the 17th, so I place an order on 14th

After the acknowledgement of the order I have received no other communication and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MT ORDERED MECHANISE.

I've ordered from Warhammer merch almost every Christmas for a few years now and it always arrives in time and my partner is always super happy.
There's a ridiculous amount of t-shirts to choose from and lots of other things too, like bags, hats, phone cases...
I've rated 4 instead of 5 because the tracking is pretty much non-existent and a t-shirt only lasts a few years before the print fades. But a few years of happiness for my partner is still great :-)

Ordered in black Friday sale in November as a Christmas gift for my son. Christmas Eve and still no parcel. Been contacting them for the last week or so but I've apparently got to wait before they can investigate. Can't comment on quality of product only on their lack of serv8ce

I should have read the other reviews before spending money with this vendor. Ordered the item TEN days ago and still hasn’t arrived as of today on Dec. 20th. I bought what I thought would be the perfect gift for a Secret Santa event that should have arrived nearly two weeks before the event, but no. I had to fight holiday traffic and purchase locally to gift in time. What was the point of being charged shipping costs if the items isn’t actually going to be shipped and delivered? Don’t waste your time or money with this shitty service!

Ordered item and kept up to date regularly about its delivery progress . I panicked at one stage worried it would not be in time for Christmas so I contacted customer services. I received a quick response with a very helpful answer.

I placed an order for a 2025 calendar and have not yet received it.
