excellent customer order process and delivery process was…

The order and delivery process was excellent. Being under the impression that it was a genuine Mercedes part (Wiper Blade) was quite surprised that it did not have the Mercedes Logo stamped on the wiper blade like my old one? It does state it is a Bosch blade. I did phone and raise this and was informed that Mercedes “possibly” do not have them stamped with their logo anymore.

Genuine Parts, genuinely good service

I had a fault with my car that apparently, a new fuel tank cap will solve.

I ordered the one on the website which turn out to be the incorrect one for my car, the customer service team informed me they had corrected the ordering error, and price matched it.

Perfect service

Very easy collaboration by email, I was presented with a numbered diagram with all the parts, I selected the parts I needed, after which I ordered, the delivery was ok, I never had any problems, so I recommend them with confidence. Many thanks to all collaborators.
