Fair price for a genuine part. I found Daniel to be very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Item has been delayed by the courier DPD however they are communicating with me so all good.

I’m really happy with this Mercedes branch in Edinburgh. I’ve been using them for the past three years whenever I need genuine parts for my Mercedes, and I’ve always had a great experience.

The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever I’m not sure which part I need or have any questions, they’re always happy to advise me and make sure I get exactly the right part for my car.

I also find the prices for genuine Mercedes parts very reasonable and competitive, which is a big plus.

I’ve been using this branch for three years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Competent and professional

Competent and professional. After verifying the VIN, the parts turned out to be cheaper, and the difference was immediately refunded to my account. Delivery was also faster than the competition. I recommend.
