Absolutely brilliant course. I haven’t been able to get on a plane for the last 12 years. I found Onno’s techniques to be a real eyeopener for me because it works with understanding on one side with the video course and dealing with the fear with the audios. A very interesting online training course. I have suffered from a fear of flying for years, both before and during the flight, and the audio files, in particular, are a huge help. I can listen to them both online and offline. It is very convenient and highly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to pay for expensive therapy.

I bought this fear of flying course for my niece, and it has been such a great experience for her. She felt incredibly well supported throughout the entire course.
