When this device works it is awesome. I am having a leeking issue if I sit for and extended period of time. After using Liberty for two hours and then sitting for excess of four hours, I find I am wet and the device is about to fall off.

Not as comfortable as I expected. Too short to fit well as packaged. Worked well but needs a larger bag.

Great product! I've never had a failure or incident when using the product.

The external glue-on catheter has solved my long-standing incontinence problem which resulted from prostate surgery in 2001.

I am grateful for whoever developed the Men's Liberty device. It might seem quite an archaic method, but it works! In 2011, I had my prostate removed as a result of cancer. I suffered from incontinence and have been wearing pads and diapers until the beginning of this year. I had once heard of the "Men's Liberty" device, but wrote it off because I couldn't imagine it staying on.
In February, my wife shared with me an advertisement that offered a free trial. I thought, "why not!" So, in March, I started using the "Men's Liberty" device. Here's what I do. I attach it, following the instructions provided. I teach school and the device gives me freedom during the entire day; however, I need to ensure I empty the bag frequently. At night, I cut the bag off with a pair of scissors. I fill a can full of warm water (as warm as I can stand) and soak the remaining part of the device attached to my appendage for three minutes. At the end of the three minutes, I carefully pull the device from my appendage. I sleep with a guard pad during the night. The next morning, whatever "swelling" may have occurred on the tip, is gone. I start the routine over again.
You must use boxer briefs with spandex to secure the bag to your leg. Fruit of the Loom works best for me. You cannot let the bag flop around in you underclothes!

I RECEIVED MY 1ST ORDER A YEAR AGO. I EXPERIENCED AN EMBARRASING EXPERIENCE WITH IT AT A BIBLE STUDY.I STILL HAVETHE ENTIRE box of materials. Since then I have been notified of 2 additional deliverance which I have never received..
Part of my problem other than MEDICARE BEING CHARGED FOR SUPPLIES I DID NOT RECEIVE IS THAT THE PERSON ASSISTING ME IN EDUCATING ME IN HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT PATIENT.IN REPEATING HOW TO 1ST APPLY THE PRODUCT.

I MAY TRY IT ONE MORE TIME (RELUCTANTLY) WITH THE BOX OF THE PRODUCT I STILL HAVE.

I AM ALSO UPSET THAT MEDICARE MAY BE CHARGED FOR OTHERS NOT RECEIVING THE PRODUCT!
I HAVE NOT YET NOTIFIED THEM.

Very bad experience. It has not worked for my husband. This concept of a nurse over the phone is not effective. A chaotic experience. That tape does not hold the catheter tight enough and it keeps slipping off. A waste of money and effort into a product that will not work. Their customer service is ok.

They changed the bags to a new style with a micro vent. It didn’t help at all! In fact, it made the product unbearable! I now have a UTI because I can’t Cath with the bag on anymore, due to my bladder not voiding completely. I’ve suffered headaches every single day since the change and have had multiple episodes of autonomic-dysreflexia. This is not good! Why in the world would they change this?! I’m going to find a new product and will never order Men’s Libert again until they bring back the original design...it was perfect! Now it’s horrible! So disappointed. My whole SCI group is ticked off too. They quit ordering as well.

An excellent product. Must be careful to use good technique as infection ,urethritis,) is a possibility.

Not easy to wear the catheter. Very often it will leak and cause embarrassment. Tear off when get in or get out the cars. Can not wear short pant in the summer. Causes itchy. Can not take shower when wearing catheter. A lot of inconvenience.

urine bag fills up upper third 1st. then has to force urine into bottom two thirds. Not a lot of pressure to get to the bottom. Otherwise, great product

after using product into second shipment I found it unsatisfactory and stopped using it. Never ordered it or used it again.

My experience with the Men's Liberty product was very good. However, the distributer, Byrum, constantly messed up the delivery orders and billing. I either got my order late, or the contents were incorrect. I dealt with two other catheter related suppliers, Hollister and Allegro, with no problems. My last order, prior to surgery on 6/23 was placed on 6/17. I ordered 10 as my surgery was imminent and that amount would assure that I hade enough even if the surgery was delayed a couple of days. And despite several requests to expedite earlier the ordered was delayed until I received a full amount of 30 Men's Liberty products. A also have in invoice for an old order that was already paid. Terrible!

I've been totally incontinent for most of a year beginning immediately after radiation treatment for prostate cancer. I found Men's Liberty on line and it sounded too good to be true...it wasn't! What a godsend! While not totally absent "equipment failure", I carried an emergency kit just in case. But the freedom from soaking pads that Men's Liberty provided me was priceless.

I'll stop using them soon, however. I've just had surgery for an artificial urinary sphincter. Thanks so much for this product to get me through the interim.

I’m able to sleep all night without getting up.r

Too hard to get the product. All I get is: I call you, you tel me to call the doctor, call you again now I must call the supplier. Call the supplier, they tell me to call my doctor for the paper work. Call my doctor, paper work is done.Call supplier, now need paper work from insurance, In the mean time paid $58+ for product. This has been going on for about a month.

Customer service was excellent. They helped with every step of the process. My father has experienced a better quality of life with this product. I’d recommend it to anyone who was facing similar issues!

I received my order but it came with a few other things I did not order. They are things that I will not be using. Since I did not order these "other" things, they should not have been sent. I did not reorder again for two reasons.
#1- it is a "hassle" to removed then external collection bag w/o the removal lotion required and recommended. I was not told I would need this liquid remover when I placed my order.
I called your Cust. Service Dept. and they instructed me on how to remove the collection bad by using hot water.
#2- I found a similar product thru the VA Hospital Urology Clinic. It is FREE and much easier to remove when changing collection bags.
