I would not recommend working for Baxter International based on my personal experience.

Communication and expectations around my role were not handled clearly, particularly towards the end of my employment. I experienced a situation where my notice period did not proceed as I had understood it would, and this led to an unresolved dispute regarding pay.

I have since raised this formally through the appropriate channels and am awaiting resolution.

Overall, my experience did not meet expectations, and I would encourage anyone considering a role here to ensure that all terms, expectations, and agreements are clearly confirmed in writing.

This company provides a sub standard service and employs people who can’t understand simple enquiries. As someone who relies on them for hydration and support I have a feeling it won’t be long before they either kill through negligence or sheer incompetence

No wonder they rebranded Baxter to Vantive ... the way the quality of their pouches for peritoneal dialysis in Europe has been getting worse over the last ten years, it was really necessary to try and draw the attention away from the quality. A bland name like Vantive is perfect, could be for a bad Chinese car or adult diapers, no one will suspect it's medical

As a carer of a kidney dialysis patient my experience has been extremely disappointing, if I could go elsewhere I would but they have the monopoly. I've only dealt with them for 7 weeks so to summarise - don't supply, can't supply and wrong supply, and if you call Customer Service it doesn't improve, be prepared to wait awhile. Yesterday I waited 80 minutes to speak with someone about non supply of critical items. Did I get results or some action NO !!! Also don't bother to register for a call back instead, it doesn't happen.
WELL ONE WEEK LATER AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T MADE CONTACT TO DO OUR ORDER, SO I DECIDED TO PHONE, JUST FORGET IT 23 CALLERS WAITING, LAST WEEK IT WAS 8 CALLERS WAITING AND I WAITED 8O MINUTES THEN SO LAW OF AVERAGES TELLS ME I WOULD BE WAITING 4 HOURS + !!! THIS IS A JOKE, YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT PROVIDING RENAL CARE FOR PATIENTS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED, START EMPLOYING MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF, 23 CALLERS WAITING IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR THIS TYPE OF MEDICAL SERVICE.
