This process was amazing
This process was amazing! We’ve had strep throat going around and I woke up around 1 am with a sore throat and pus pockets. It took about 2 hours to get a call back which is fine considering it was the middle of the night. I was able to pick up my prescription at the 24 hour pharmacy. It was cheaper than going to urgent care and not having to wait in a waiting room or leave my house for care was the best part. I will use the service again.

They don't give long enough duration
They don't give long enough duration of medicine.
3-5 days doesn't cut it and I have to pay to see a dr anyway after that

I honestly was not that impressed with the fact that my phone call with the medical provider lasted less than two minutes, cost me $67 and did not yield me a the medicine that I needed.

It was hard to understand the doctor…
It was hard to understand the doctor and he wasn’t listening to my concerns. Furthermore he never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Two days later I went to my normal family physician. Very disappointed in MeMD.

Process was fast and easy and didn’t have to leave my house. The Doctor was nice to talk to, seemed knowledgeable and caring. I will not hesitate to use this service again.

nice but not helpful
I basically got the same information I received googling my symptoms. I was told to wait it out 2-3 weeks and hopefully it would improve. Two days later I was diagnosed with strep throat by a local doctor. Disappointing to pay for nothing. Very nice just not helpful.
