My two year plan ran out, I then terminated my plan within the month I payed for and recieved a confirmation. Then they called me and offered me a deal with the same plan but for 10 euro less. I told her I would think about it. Then they without my consent reactivated my account and send me a new bill costing 15 euro more than my last plan and now I had to terminate it again. I know this was probably a mistake but you cant charge people for a product they did not consent to.

Sono 10 giorni che sono venuti i tecnici e ancora non ho internet ,mi hanno sostituito il modem e ancora niente ,ho richiesto un tecnico e ancora mi dicono che devono fare un riallineamento io ci devo lavorare con internet chiedo ancora l intervento di un tecnico

Absolutely worst customer service I ever experience. They ignore your query and they own me money. Worst of the worst. Agents are being rude to you if you query something they don`t know. Right now I'm sitting on a chat being ignored as we speak....

La peggiore linea fibra che ho mai avuto viaggiavo più veloce con la mia vecchia 200mb che con la gigabit (solo a parole)
riavvii continui del Plume velocità al modem (Plume) meno di 100mb da contratto 1gb in Download e 300mb in Up
pertanto questo operatore lo sconsiglio a tutti quelli che magari lo vorrebbero provarlo.

Cliente da pochi mesi... Assistenza tecnica inesistente... In attesa di essere contattato da un tecnico, ma dopo svariati tentativi tra e-mail, numeri verdi etc... Silenzio... Ti rimbalzano... Pessima esperienza... Non mi resta che disdire

Richiesta di attivazione semplice, attivazione in tempi super veloci, linea stabile e super veloce da quando l'ho attivata, ovvero 6 mesi fa!

Attivazione velocissima e qualità del servizio ottima considerato che non ho mai avuto problemi.

Cliente da pochi mesi, ma super soddisfatto! Sul conto nessuna sorpresa 👍 Il prezzo è esattamente quello riportato nel contratto. Ottima assistenza telefonica, disponibile anche via chat.

Attivazione rapida e servizio eccezionale ad un buon prezzo.

Verifico la copertura al mio indirizzi ed è ok! Chiesta l' attivazione in 16-03-21 in abbinato enel energia...da allora sullo stato della richiesta mi dice - "la richiesta è stata momentaneamente sospesa"- senza dare spiegazioni di alcun genere. Dal sito melita non ho saputo trovare ne tempi di attivazione massimi ne minimi garantiti come velocità di navigazione. Pessimi

Dopo due mesi dalla richiesta, ancora in attesa di attivazione. Per il momento servizio più che pessimo

La linea fa pena, se ti connetti in cucina, crolla in soggiorno...Smart tv lentissimo...
Sconsiglio seriamente, ad oggi, magari un domani migliorerà

Restart your modem, followed by unplug coaxial cable AND restart your modem. This is how Melita troubleshoots your connection. Needless to say in 4 years, the issue has never been in my infrastructure.

Penso che attualmente sia il migliore sul mercato.
Contratto firmato il 10 Febbraio, giorno 11 è passato il tecnico e giorno 12 (stamattina) il corriere con il modem autoinstallante.

Il peggio del peggio. Dopo tre mesi finalmente sono riusciti ad attivarmi. Ci ontento che forse fosse finito un incubo è iniziato quello del servizio. Scadente all’ennesimo livello. La fibra non va e loro si nascondono dietro quello che da contratto chiamano “minimo garantito”. Instabilità e velocità da anni 80

I purchased a two-year high-speed home internet subscription along with two mobile phone subscriptions from Melita. I never used one of the mobile phone SIM-cards since I received a work phone and accordingly asked Melita to cancel that service. Despite remaining a customer of home internet and one other mobile phone subscription Melita chose to impose a EUR150 penalty fee. I strongly recommend looking for a more customer-friendly service provider.

Really bad experience, Latency extremely high 628ms and 192ping and when i contact them they were trying to upsell some modem...thought I contact the Marketing department, not the technical one... the modem is a 4 years Cisco version(is Melita that owns it not me) and works just fine till Christmas and all of a sudden i had to upgrade it against a 2€ extra fee per month, so basically i have to upgrade, on my expenses, their own equipment...very obvious that they are not technical that's for sure...

Very bad practices for closing the account! I've been trying to close my Melita Account for more than 3 months. I've been contacting several times but they make it impossible. I don't have permanency with the contract, I am a customer for more than 2 years and they don't let me to close the account, they just don't contact and say that they can't do anything.

MONTHS KEEP PASSING AND WE KEEP PAYING!
