MegaMow Arvostelua

Great service, very happy. Thank you

Great service and a quick response.
Reasonable price
Very friendly and courteous
Good job done.
Definitely recommended

Professional company that do a good job. Love that they just come in, mow and go! Highly recommend :)

I have had a good experience so far. Trial cut was done the next day for free as promised. Every other week they turn up without fail and mow the lawn. If I do not like the cut (only happened once), I contact them with pictures and let them know and they take care of it and listen to my concerns. They are responsive and always reply to my emails. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Only negative is the communication is only via email and sometimes would be quicker to call in but can't. I guess that is the case with a lot of providers these days so not a deal breaker for me.

Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Team are quick and tidy. Any issues always resolved. Thank you for taking care of my gardens.

Megamow administration rearranged the day and time of my first cut to suit me. Michael who cut the lawn was polite and informative, explained exactly what he would do, worked hard and ensured that he cleared up. I have rated it 4 star rather than 5 as it was only the first cut of a subscription and therefore early days

We would like to say how delightful and considerate your operatives have been since the new season started.

They have both have been hard working and friendly over the past few weeks and a credit to your company

The three people we have had so far ALL listened to our requirements, met them in full and ensured that everything was in order before leaving. Very impressive and an exception in these days of rushed jobs.

After paying the subscription of £44 2 weeks later I am still waiting for someone to come and cut the grass. This is nothing but a con and I will be taking this further

I was dubious about using a company like this because I was worried about not getting a personal experience and worried it would be rushed. I have now had Matt come and do my lawn 3 times and I couldn’t be happier. It’s never looked so good. He takes him time and does it very thoroughly. I was only trying the company out but I will definitely be staying with them and highly recommend.

I signed up and MegaMow turned up the next morning, did a great job with the lawn and my first cut was free. Recommended

competent cheerful helpful

the start up for new customer could be better but once sorted then very good

I have had a great experience with MegaMow who have been mowing my lawn for 2 months now. They have never caused any issues, are quick to respond to emails, do a tidy and professional job and are very keen to help in any way they can. I have so appreciated their help and responsiveness!

The only reason I didn't give 5* is because I would like a slightly more bespoke pricing system (as my lawn is very small). But the service is fantastic and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The young man that carried out the work was efficient, polite and obviously knew what he was on.
The end result was superb and that says it all.

Hi Guys

Another great job Friday . Two polite hard working guys .
Super impressed

The lovely man came in horrible pouring rain to cut our grass which has got really bad, terribly overgrown, and he gave both front and back gardens a really good chop. Very courteous and professional, I would definitely recommend Megamow!

Reliable, friendly, easy to talk to.

Absolutely great guys! Couldn't ask for a better done front and back garden. Really would recommend them as they have a first cut free offer!

Amazing cut and extremely tidy, very
friendly staff.
Respectful of my property.
Would recommend them to cut your lawn.
