I ordered a customized mother's day mug for my wife. The actual mug bears almost no resemblance to the mug advertised on their site. I have tried reaching out to customer service at least three times with no response. I feel like i was scammed.
Update: despite Meear’s response below, nobody from their company contacted me.

Got a poster printed and the colors are pretty close to the original file, not washed out or too dark, and once it’s on the wall it actually looks natural in the space.

Good grip and feel
The phone case has a nice grip to it and doesn’t feel slippery, which I noticed right away, and after a couple of drops it still looks fine with no cracks or visible damage.

Got stickers with my artwork and the colors came out bright without looking too much, the lines are sharp and the edges are clean, and after sticking them on a few surfaces they’re still holding up well without peeling.
