As soon as I opened it, I felt confident about the purchase because everything immediately looked and felt right. I never received the item. The item was advertised to be received days prior to Valentine's Day. However, it is now one week later and I cannot even receive an update on the location of my gift. I was given a discount coupon to apply to the order, but was unable to apply it. This is bad business as I feel duped into the purchase with a false sense of a discount. Also, the service level for this provider is untrustworthy as well. Based solely on my own experience, I would advise against using this supplier.

No delays, no confusion, and no quality issues. Everything matched the description and expectations perfectly.

I ordered an item for valentines day at the end of January and still have yet to received it. It is now past valentines day and I still have not gotten it. The tracking for the item is half useless and has supposedly been on an airplane for days. When I bought the item, the estimated delivery was for February 10th, which was inaccurate. This needs to be fixed somehow.

Please do not order from this company save your money I ordered a blanket and a keepsake for my friend for Valentine’s Day ordered on February 02, 2026 still have not received it You notice there is no phone number to contact them.???! They want your money asap and also did you notice the people that gave good reviews have only first names ??? Why is that save your money buy from a company that will send you your stuff asap not months later!!!!

This was my first time trying this company and the was a Valentine's gift for my wife. I ordered my item on February 1st, and as of this writing, it has been 13 days since and I have not received my item, or even an update on the status of it. I even wrote to them asking for a status update and again received nothing from them. I will be cancelling my order and never using this company again.

I purchased a hat as a valentines gift for my husband on January 13th. It is February 9th now their tracking is useless. 3 days ago I sent an email on support other than an automated response we have your email i have heard nothing from the company. I sent follow up query this morning but I guess I will have to dispute charge with my bank. I advise you use caution in purchasing my personal experience has not been good
