First time using MedTree and certainly will be using again. Easy ordering, fast delivery, I couldn’t ask for any more.

Returns policy is not an easy process. You have to request a return online and then wait for the company to respond via email.

I decided to keep the product (Bates 8” Boot). Having worn these for 1 shift I can say the only place they are fit for is the dustbin. They are atrociously made and the leather/fabric is so hard. Really uncomfortable boot.

Having worn Altberg for years I thought I would give another brand a try. All I can say is “lesson learnt, buy cheap, buy twice”. Not a Medtree issue I accept, but it’s a product they advertise for sale on their platform.

Stay well away from Bates work boots, albeit Medtree aren’t too bad, their returns policy is far from user friendly.

Bought a stethoscope (ADC adscope lite 619) online from MedTree for a medical student. It is reasonably priced and works well for pre clinical use. The product arrived in good time and in good condition. The online purchase was straightforward.

I received my littman stethoscope. Happy with it. Font for engraving isn’t the best. Reason I rate 3/5 is because it took over a month for me to receive my stethoscope. I did receive a 10% refund due to this. But I think if I just ordered it elsewhere without the engraving (which isn’t very clear anyway and like I said, choice of font isn’t great), I would’ve received in a weeks time. The price I bought it at was decent, however other stores were also selling at similar discounted prices at the time. Communication is good from MedTree employees, they respond quite quickly and resolve your issues to the best of their abilities which I was grateful for.

Excellent website, found what I needed and the correct dimensions. As a Paramedic I was asked to verify my registration number which was a 1st as other websites didn’t and I felt reassured that Medtree would check prior to dispatch. The item arrived well packaged and in good time.

I ordered these dressings on 16/1/26 and the order was sent through Royal Mail on the 19/1/26, the goods arrived on 21/1/26. Not the speediest delivery but a competitive price for the dressings.

I ordered my product on line and within a couple of days it arrived.

The only thing that i was not happy with was delivery . You did not have stock which was absolutely fine . But when you did DPD sent me a message saying it was being delivered between 7pm and 10pm . They never came and I paid for same day delivery. I think they should of refunded me as they didn't come when they said they was.

I always buy my 511s from Medtree. Excellent company.
