Horrible experience

Horrible experience, paid 9 pounds for express delivery and they left thw parcel in one office… after that no one responded to my emails for further information

Thank you for your recent order and review.

We are very sorry to hear your comments and for the inconvenience caused by DPD. Unfortunately, as advised they did attempt to deliver your parcel on Saturday as required but this was unsuccessful. DPD then sent your order to your local Pick-up Point for collection, for your convenience.

I can understand your frustration and can now confirm that your refund has been processed in full as requested.
