My tutor was Pooja Kadakia. She is absolutely AMAZING! She took the time to teach me how to actually read and organize complex/daunting MCAT passages. She gave me tools and tricks that increased my overall score by more than 12 points in less than 2 months. She showed me how the MCAT passage/question wording is not meant to trick you, which immensely helped with my testing anxiety. She was incredibly encouraging and always took the time to make sure I was doing ok. I truly cannot thank her enough!

I had the pleasure of having Hieu as my tutor. I had been studying for 3.5 months and saw no improvements. I was stuck at a 500ish for the longest time and was feeling very frustrated. I was mainly struggling with running out of time and just not being confident in myself. With about 1.5 months of work with Hieu I was able to get to a 507 on the practice test before my MCAT. I definitely feel like I did even better and was confident throughout the test with very little feelings of testing anxiety which completely ruined me during my previous practice exams. Hieu was amazing and made me feel confident in my abilities and helped me improve my timing to having 5+ minutes left on each section. With his help I was able to improve so much and finally combat the mental aspect of the exam. Thank you for all your help!

Justin was a wonderful MCAT tutor. He was always willing to help in any way possible. He always had new strategies to teach me if the previous one wasn't working. He went out of his way to send me extra resources in his free time. In the 3 short weeks of learning with him, I saw my score increase by 8 points! Justin was always present, and willing to give me a boost of confidence whenever needed. Overall he was an awesome tutor and I enjoyed my experience with him very much.

Pooja Kadakia was my tutor after a somewhat negative experience and I must say I was more than excited and grateful to have been appointed to her. She was helpful specifically in how she targeted and probed my cognition of different aspects of MCAT material. I started connecting the dots throughout passages at a smoother as well as faster rate. I was able to synthesize main ideas and viewpoints of the material with overall greater comprehension. She is great!

Adam was a great tutor who took the time to help fully explain problems that I was getting wrong. He helped me discover my weak spots and how to take a new look at science passages. I'm hoping with Adam's help I received the score I needed

My tutor, Merrina, was so helpful in breaking down and explaining difficult concepts to me. She was patient, thorough and very encouraging during our tutoring sessions! Hanes was great, patient and provided good guidance throughout the 10 CARS sessions. He knows exactly how to discern the right answer, and can help you identify mistake/thought patterns not congruent with AAMC logic. I'd highly suggest him to future CARS mastery seekers.

Mehul was really wonderful to work with. I lacked a lot of confidence and was very burnt out from my MCAT prep and he renewed a lot of positive feelings and confidence. His strategies helped take some pressure off and just having a partner in this helped to get me out of my own head a bit. I would absolutely recommend Mehul as a tutor!

Merrina was a fantastic tutor. She mainly helped me with Chem/phys and her math tips helped me finish sections quicker and made me way more confident approaching problems.

I had 3 sessions with Adam just a week before my MCAT exam. He helped me with strategies and ways to approach passages. It definitely helped me in my last practice exam which raised my confidence lot more than before for Test day.

Pooja was awesome!! She made me think about passages in a different way. She turned CARS into my worst section to one of my best. She truly prepares you on how to study and understand concepts that will help you in the future.

I had 3 sessions with Hieu and working and speaking with him really helped me increase my confidence. I have a lot of test anxiety especially in regards to the chem/phys section and working through strategies and tools with him for this section has been really helpful. I also really appreciated that he shared so many of the study resources (including study sheets, helpful websites, etc) that he had used and was really attentive to catering the sessions to my specific needs. We also spent time discussing test anxiety and the mental aspect of the MCAT and the support was really nice.

Adam was a thoughtful tutor. From the start, he always spent extra time reviewing concepts and not leaving us hanging mid-passage because time was over. He was always accessible via email and was very responsive, which I appreciated.

Sessions were informative but also served as a way to unwind and talk to someone about your week/day, etc. which I always think is beneficial during times like these.

Adam definitely knows his material well and helped implement a ton of strategies. I recommend going to Adam for your MCAT needs!

I wrote the MCAT 3 times, but only utilized MCAT Mastery materials during my third attempt. Several in-depth PDF's regarding how to approach different kinds of questions, high-yield questions, weekly emails with information about how to get into the right mindset to ace the exam, and even podcasts with high scorers were some of the things I used this year. Everything was incredibly helpful - it often isn't discussed about how important having the right outlook and mindset is for this exam. So grateful for MCAT Mastery and for coming across their resources!

I had Hieu as my tutor and he was beyond incredible. This was my second time studying for the MCAT and I was stuck at a score plateau for the longest time. When I met with Hieu, he really showed me that I knew the material and knew what I was doing, and that I needed to have more confidence and believe in myself, and would then see a difference in my score. So I took his advice and ended up breaking my plateau by 8 points!! I then met with him again and he gave me even more encouragement, tips and advice, and when I took the last practice test before my actual test date, I ended up increasing 4 points from the previous one! So I ended up with almost a 12 point increase during my time with Hieu and I cannot thank him enough for helping me and being a source of encouragement and support! He truly cares about his student and wants them to succeed, and is willing to do anything for them. He was truly an incredible tutor and I am so grateful to have had him as my tutor!!
