Having Hieu as my MCAT tutor helped a ton during my preparation for the exam. During our sessions, Hieu taught me important passage-based strategies he utilized to tackle the MCAT exam, and I began seeing score increases quickly after meeting with him a couple of times! Hieu was very flexible and responsive when working to schedule our tutoring sessions. Having Hieu as my MCAT tutor supplied me both with encouragement and practical strategies/important content concepts that were very handy for test day. He was even willing to locate and share his old notes from his MCAT preparation journey with me! I would highly recommend him for anyone nervous about this exam.

Sophie was a wonderful tutor and I had a great experience with her. This was my second time taking the MCAT and I went into the start of studying feeling super discouraged but Sophie was so patient, encouraging, and helpful. She really knew what she was talking about and had a wide range of availability which was super helpful! I don't have my official exam score back yet but just from my last practice test, she helped me improve my score 15 points which I never thought was possible. Highly suggest MCAT Mastery and Sophie :)

Adam was amazing!!! During my sessions with Adam, he guided me through passages and complicated AAMC questions. He taught me so many useful strategies and how to view questions through the lens of the AAMC. After just a few sessions, I saw my practice exam scores shoot up 5 points immediately and after 2 months I was able to achieve my goal score and I am confident that I wouldn't have been able to do this without Adam's guidance!

Shahar was great! He gave me tips and tricks to improve my score. He was also very encouraging throughout the process which helped me build my confidence. I would recommend him to anyone who is trying to learn the best way to approach the MCAT.

Krishi was super helpful, especially in leading me through passages and complicated AAMC questions. She taught me how to view questions through the lens of the AAMC, and I saw my practice exam scores shoot up 7 points within 3 weeks after plateauing for 2 months!

My tutor was Krishi and she was extremely helpful!! She finally helped me break that 500 mark after I was unable to for so long. She gave me tips and tricks that helped me increase my score significantly. Having a tutor who’s recently taken the MCAT and also understood my exact struggles was such a relief. I had a great experience with MCAT Mastery and my tutor Veronica!! She knew the exam well and how to tackle specific AAMC-related questions. I had trouble with analyzing research questions on C/P and B/B and she taught me tips that I could use to boost my score. Not only did she offer great advice about the exam's content, but she also was a great mentor on how to tackle the exam's mental and emotional aspects. Sophie is an amazing tutor!

I had a great time learning strategies from and being tutored by Sophie! She is very patient, approachable, and considerate! She really takes the time to make sure that you are understanding the technique and how to go about answering questions. We spent the majority of our time going through passage questions and how to approach each question. My CARS section improved drastically from attending sessions with Sophie. I would recommend Sophie as a tutor and MCAT Mastery for anyone who is studying for the MCAT. I wish I had started tutoring sessions when I first started studying for the MCAT rather than towards the end. Nevertheless, I improved a great deal because my test-taking strategies and mindset changed after every session! Best wishes on your MCAT journey!

I cannot thank Pooja enough for all of the help and guidance she gave me over the past few months. I was able to raise my MCAT score by 10 points!! I have already recommended her to two of my friends that are starting their studying. Best decision I ever made.

Peyton made a huge impact on how I approached my weakest section - CARS. She walked through many passages with me, explaining her thought process and techniques in a way that was both easy to understand and incredibly effective. I went from a 60th percentile scorer on CARS to a 98th percentile scorer, increasing my overall MCAT score by 5 points when solely looking at the CARS section (125 to 130)! This allowed me to get above my goal MCAT score. Peyton is not only a great tutor, but a very encouraging person, and if you have the chance I'd highly recommend anyone to have her as their tutor!

Getting tutoring from you guys was the best decision I made while studying for my MCAT. I am still waiting on my results but what I can say from this experience is that my tutor, Sophie, made studying for my test a million times easier! Being able to get her perspective and just knowing she was there to help critique my strategies, help when I was discouraged, and also keep me consistent in my studying made me feel so much more confident and capable in my testing skills. I also feel that the MCAT Mastery team did an amazing job matching me to my tutor as she went through the same experiences that I had gone through before the test day. ​I had ten sessions with Shahar through MCAT Mastery. He helped me tremendously to prepare for the MCAT. He listened to my struggles with the MCAT and helped me prioritize what to work on. Working with Olivia Paraschos was a phenomenal experience, she really knows the MCAT exam to a high level! Before tutoring with Olivia I had trouble with CARS in general, analyzing figures in BIO and C/P, and doing the math in C/P. Olivia helped me understand my problems and gave me great solutions to help fix them. I would highly recommend Olivia to anybody out there who needs a helping hand with the things mentioned above. She explains complex concepts in a simple manner that really helps you understand everything better. Olivia can also help you with medical school application questions and she has a great insight of how the process works.

I took the MCAT Mastery CARS strategy course as well as one-on-one MCAT CARS tutoring. I took about 10-15 sessions and my tutor Nate did an excellent job helping me improve my reading comprehension/speed rather than just teaching me test-taking hacks. I got a 129 (95th percentile CARS score), 3 points higher than my best practice exam. My overall MCAT was a 520 (3 pts higher than my best practice exam score). He did a good job keeping me motivated. :)

How does one describe Merrina Lan? One can say that she is patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. However, in the short time that I've gotten to work with her, I realize these words aren't enough. The way that she teaches is confidence building and methodical without feeling too overwhelming or strenuous. Instead of giving you the answer to your struggle she leaves you strategic breadcrumbs to follow so you can finish a problem on your own without having revealed too much. She has closed my content gap essentially shut. She has taught me techniques and strategies that help me amplify what I already knew, and put it to good use. When I first started working with her, I didn't think I could ever break 500. Suffice to say breaking 500 is no longer a concern or a problem for me. I will be updating with my real MCAT score soon, if anything to just compound the huge difference that she has made for me. I strongly believe that Merrina does not make repeat customers, only success stories.

Varun Saxena was an amazing tutor, he let me actively try all the problems before helping which really helped my confidence. Knew so much about the exam and made a really detailed schedule for me and gave me advice that really helped me on test day. Helped me with every subject and helped me get my practice scores up. Highly recommend MCAT mastery and especially my tutor Varun!

Amna was a great CARS tutor. She took the time to go through passages with me to implement the strategies that we had talked about. I feel a lot more confident about the section after working with her. I would highly recommend her as a tutor for anyone struggling with CARS.

My first MCAT score was 488. I tried studying on my own for 3 months, but it was clearly not working for me. However, the strategies I learned from Hieu in less than 2 months made all the difference. My last three practice tests were of at least a 504. I'll be taking my MCAT this week and feel very confident that I'll do great. I'm very thankful for having such a great tutor.

Shahar was an amazing teacher! He made what was complicated so simple and really broke down what information to pay attention to the key ideas. I personally thought highlighting was too time-consuming but it turned out to be extremely helpful and did not waste time at all!
