I needed to be moved from Medicaid to supplemental gap coverage for Medicare. This seemed so complicated with many moving parts and different policies required. I was scared that I wouldn't get it all done. But Jarrod was so patient and kept me on track when I lost my place so many times. He is a true professional and an asset to the company.

Was transferred two times after my the first initial person answered.
After getting to person that supposed to be able to help. My call was dropped and no one called me back.
So this help line service was useless.

I called several time. Each time 30 minute holds then opted for a call back. Got 3 calls back but no one on the line told me to call the 800#. Finally got another call back & was put back in the cue. I am on hold now with 2 different phones. both over 45 minutes. You guys seem to be AWFUL !!!!! This is terrible. I am responding to a letter u sent me !!!!!

I spend 5 hours at the computer trying to get in a Medi-gap program and #G program. One of the two have a deadline of today at 4pm. I will be the first to say this is complicated to me, however, I knew the specifics of what I needed. The woman was very kind, capable and made the experience enjoyable. That being said - I don't know if I got my medigap plan. I've had 4 meltdowns over this process and it's sad. I just retired from 32 years of scheduling all the classes in a college. I'm detailed and thorough & this is baffling me!
