Jamie gave full answers to my questions and suggested how I should apply in Feb.2027 (my birth month) when my current provider's contract runs out. She left me with her business phone # and extension. I made notes on all she told me and plant to contact her in the future

I immediately felt that I was in good hands.The agent, Sherri Mack set me at ease, assessed my situation and needs. She was patient in obtaining the information she needed to advise me. She reassured me that my coverage is adequate to my situation, and offered excellent suggestions for appropriate insurance coverage going forward

Stacey was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful to find me a Medicare supplement policy at a reasonable premium underwritten by Aflac/Aetna. This is my understanding. I am waiting to read the actual policy and have a policy number. Thanks. Edgar M.

Great Experience
I had a good experience with Mutual of Omaha customer service representative David Volkert. He was very knowledgeable and patient in going over difference options. Highly recommend.

Because I didn't want to have the robot calls, I was told he couldn't help me.

I usually find dealing with insurance agents and issues about as pleasant as having a root canal. Robert Taylor may have changed my outlook on the whole industry. I had run into what seemed like an insurmountable obstacle with getting part D coverage, and he promptly called me, put us on a conference call with Medicare...and.. like magic, I now have part D coverage. I do not know how he got past what I had found to be a stone wall, but I am pleasantly surprised...and extremely grateful.
