Really slow delivery

I bought my first heating pad about 15 years ago. I just had to replace it. I enjoyed it so much through the years I bought 4 more as gifts for family members.
Hope my second one lasts as long as my first!

Great product, works well and looks sturdy. Comes with many extras: plenty of filters, 2 sets of mouth pieces and a really nice case. Worth the money.

The DeVilbuss POC was excellent and very reasonably priced compared to other sources.

I ordered this product to help me transfer my mom who is paralyzed. how could i possibly know if it worked before trying it. I did not damage it. Now you won't take it back. she is on a fixed income and you have a horrible policy. unless you know what you are buying, don't ever buy from this company!

I purchased a scale which weighs me erratically below and above my weight by sometimes over a pound. I have independent verification that that is in fact what's happening but I consulted the company many times before the 30 day return window ran out and they completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Then they told me after they finally responded that it was over 30 days. This is pure BS. They wait until the 30 days is up and then they contact you and tell you the 30 days is up

Loved my product. Worth shopping with anything you may be looking for from them.

Well, I read it really needed a new nebulizer so I was happy to get this neat little handy-dandy machine. It really delivered my medication much better than my old one, but after just a few days, the cup broke the legs all snapped off when I tried to clip it onto the machine anyways if you know what I’m talking about, maybe you could replace that for me??
I’m so glad I ordered it when I did because I had Covid and bronchitis together and it really helped

I purchased my item on 12/22/2024 and I still have not received my purchase. It was told to me that it was on it's way on 12/24/2024 and it still was not sent. Then I get an email that it was sent on 01/07/2025 and still my item is not delivered. I spoke with UPS and they stated Medical Source has not delivered the item them. I have received very poor service from Medical Source. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them.

Great quality cervical pillow. I did have to remove some of the stuffing, but after that veery comfortable. Came in a reasonable amount of time

I was disappointed because unfortunately I thought I was ordering a pair for that price. I never would have ordered just one for that price, especially since shipping was so much. I realize it was my error not noticing it was one. I thought it was one set. Never thought anyone would order just one.

The price is great, but the cost of shipping is somewhat of a deterrent.

Decent overall, everything arrived fine and this would be 5 stars but it took a few days to ship even after paying for the highest $ expedited rate.

I tried several things to help my pain.then I bought your brace it is the best it makes my pain go away and is very comfortable I don't want to take it off

I ordered a high chair in anticipation of my hip replacement. Your company policy states a return policy for undamaged unused items. I contacted the email within 3 days of my order and wish to return the unopened item . your agent stated this item is a non stock item and may not be refundable. Nothing in your poliy states any thing about non stock items are not refundable
