The bracelet is to big and I guess that I didn't read the information good or there wasn't enough information about your bracelet I was hoping to put what type of diabetic I was and emergency information on it in case something happened but none of that was on it

I did not receive my order yet

I did not receive my order yet. It is Aoril 3rd.
M I beleive is should have arrived around March 26th.
I am now out of my test atrips.
Please let me know when I will receive my order.
Maybe you can overnight them.
I can't afford to pay the high price at the Phamarcy..

I paid for 2nd day delivery only to not have the order sent out for over a week. I was no longer at the address it was sent to by the time the order arrived. I tried multiple times to contact Medical Source without a timely response.

I placed an order.several days later I requested information on when delivery will come. They replied order being sent. Then showed tracking, but package didn't get delivered. Was home the whole day they said was delivered. I had been watching for days. I asked for picture that showed delivery. Was informed there was no picture. I feel cheated or scammed

First time buyer left confused

I gave 3 stars because the product was good quality. I give 1 star for customer support and misinformation. It took at least a full week before my order was processed. I never received an email when the shipment was sent. He just appeared at my door 2 1/2 weeks later. But then i received an email that the item was sent a few days after i had already received my order.
In a nutshell it was an uncomfortable experience.
