Wrong size. Looking for your phone no. So I can send the wrong size back and get right size. Pls. Advise. T U Elizabeth

I ordered a wheelchair pillow fory Mom and immediately realized I hadn't changed the shipping address. I could not get through on the phone, so I ordered a second pillow with the correct shipping address. That was Sunday. On Tuesday, I contacted the company to cancel the first order. There was no record of my second order having gone through.
So they changed the shipping address to my mother's address and sent me a confirmation that they did so.
A week later, the package arrived at my house. On contacting the company, their records of the order showed the shipping address as my mother's house. They responded , "i
"Is there a way you can get it to your mother's house?". When I said no, their response was, "There's nothing we can do."
If they had checked on Tuesday whether the order had gone out and found that it had, I would have placed an order to send it directly at that time. Instead the order came to me a week later and it will be several days before I can drive it there.

You did a wonderful job. You treated my mom like she was your mom and for having total compassion in our time of pain with trying to get my mom to the hospital. Thx

The elevation cushion is hard and has no give. Just a big block of hard styrofoam. You cannot sit on this! Very cheaply made. Not worth the $85.00 that I paid. I will be returning it!

I ordered the Drive wheelchair seat. It's beautiful! The only things that I have to replace are the screws. So simple & easy to do

I ordered product. It was shipped out however, it was shipped to the incorrect address halfway across the United States. I let them know and 2 days later
I had my product in the mail box. I would say good customer service.

My test strips were reasonably priced and delivered on time.

I bought this back cushion for my mom's slingback wheelchair as she had been using a pillow for a few months and didn't find it supportive enough. This has worked really well for her needs and can be unclipped easily for when we load her wheelchair into the car.
