No communication

No communication. I odered item. Paid extra for 2 day delivery. And 2.5 WEEKS later i got item. I called customer service. Left message. No reply. Very very poor service.

My item took 3 weeks to get to me and…

My item took 3 weeks to get to me and when I got the notification of delivery it was deliverd by the USPS to the wrong address. I verified this through an investigation with the USPS and shared that information with the seller. I requested a refund from the medical source and was denied. They did not even offer to send out a new product. Terrible customer service and I am out $40 with no product.

I got what I paid for.

I bought the bluejay because it was much cheaper than the theracane. However, because of how it was molded or made it can be rough on the skin where the molding seams come together. It is also not as strong as the theracane if you want to use it for deep trigger points. But I got the quality I paid for.

Delivery was "On Point!"

I had never used "Medical Source" before, so I was skeptical about the company and the pricing of the item. The info I googled reported that "Medical Source" had low pricing compared to general market but delivering items to customer in the time projected was lacking and disappointing. My experience with Medical Source has been totally positive. I ordered my item on 1.8.26 and it was delivered 1.10.26. I would say their delivery process has improved greatly!
