Got the 4G GPS alarm for Mum last month. It arrived super fast and was pretty easy to configure once I downloaded the app. The magnetic charger makes it very simple for her to keep powered up without struggling with small plugs. Fall detection works as expected, and being able to check her location gives our family huge reassurance. Customer service was also really helpful when I had a quick question during activation. Highly recommend.

Recently purchased a MedAlert watch which was exchanged for a MedAlert plus watch and Jeffery remotely set up the watch and talked me through the entire procedure. I could not recommend Jeffery enough as he has not only given us confidence but assured us of his on going care.

I bought my mother the Med Alert Personal watch , 10 months ago. It has been a godsend for piece of mind, as she is alone a lot. It has alerted us successfully a few times. We have now bought my father in law one, as he had a fall recently when alone, and he is so pleased, I feel we should have done it earlier. It’s a great safety watch with a number of features that he loves, especially the step counts and heart rate. The back up Team also terrific.

Bought a watch for my dad, he wouldn’t use any of the other fall detection options - but loves the watch! It’s easy to use and the setup advice was great. Highly recommend!!

I orinally had a 4g watch which became unreadable. Spoke to Jeffery and he organised a replacement and helped me set it up again. I am very happy with the service received

Poor quality product and was way too sensitive. Follow up email after I used the app to set the tracker up was addressed to the wrong person. Wouldn't activate via the app. I returned it weeks ago and still haven't received my refund. Even though the product was faulty, they said they were going to deduct a 20% restocking fee. Nothing about this alert tracker purchase was good.

Don't believe this latest rubbish below. I already have this subscription. A (false) alarm triggered recently, and it took me half an hour to get through to the Emergency Response Call Centre Service. They were unable to identify my location at that time and were sending an Ambulance to my home address about 25 Km away from where I was. They failed to advise how this happened and have ignored repeated requests for a refund. Please don't subscribe or buy the watch as both are faulty.

Please if you sell a product for elderly/disabled people - which you do - shouldn't you make the app (Setracker et al.) more user friendly according to user type? As it is it soo cumbersome for most. Thanks.

Great team and great service. The MedAlert watch provides peace of mind that if my father has a fall we will be notified. With the added bonus of the 24/7 call centre service meaning even when we are busy help if always availabile if he has a fall or emergency

This medalert watch simply does not do what they claim it will do. Falls notification is too sensitive and was giving alerts when I didnt fall thus causing my family to come check on me. The BP, Oxygen and heart rate monitors are not accurate at all and the location data is a joke. It said I was 1 to 3 Kms away from where I was - not helpful in an emergency. I did send them an email outlining the issues and requesting a refund and at first they responded but when I replied - nothing from them. Am currently raising a case with consumer protection agency for a full refund. I do not recommend - Do not buy this watch

I purchased a MedAlert watch for my elderly mother in December 2024, believing I would be comforted knowing she would be safe, but this is far from the truth. I am going to do a 20 part discussion on why MedAlert is NOT a good product, the issues and failures of the watch, the unsatisfactory customer service and what other products I have since found to be better for the safety of the elderly. Then after my 20 part postings, I will be doing a Youtube discussion and demonstrations in relation to the issues I have outlined in my posts, so please follow so you can protect your loved ones. MedAlert is a personal alarm for the elderly. Bought for $499 from the company. Sadly it just does not do anything that it says it will do in its advertising. Contact with their support is at first fairly quick. But once you have a complaint they take a while to respond, and rarely with the same person.They have a 30 day refund policy, and ask that you contact them before sending the watch back. After three weeks I asked for a refund by email, and how and where to send the watch. I received no reply until it was too late for me to send the watch back within the 30 days. Iam now waiting to see if they will replace the watch as maybe it is faulty and I would very much like it to work. To date they say my problems probably coursed by poor wifi reception. I know this is not the case, as I have three full bars throughout my house annd from tests carried out by Telstra. Outside where they say it should work without any problems, it shows the location as two suburbs away. Useless. I cannot recommend this product
