Positive experience with an amazing talent acquisition manager
I responded to an email from an MDPerm talent acquisition manager regarding a posting for position that seemed like a perfect fit for my personal and professional needs and goals. I was immediately in contact with Ms. Lynn Jones, who made the hiring process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I continue to have regular contact with Ms. Jones for biweekly timesheet submittal, and she is always prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I have. Having an ally and a single kind, professional point of contact has allowed me to feel very supported during this experience, which is my first as a psychologist in a contracted position.
I have had not had any issues or problems with MDPerm or with my contract, which was very clearly written and had been upheld. Being nearly 4 months into my contract, there is only one observation regarding potential area for growth for MDPerm. After speaking with contractors who work with other companies, I've learned that there is so much variety in terms of benefits offered (i.e., PTO, health insurance, CE fee and/or malpractice insurance compensation, etc.). I do wish that MDPerm could also offer some of these benefits, as I'm sure this would only attract more candidates and create further incentive for current contractors to stay onboard.
