Absolutely terrible experience. I have spent weeks trying to resolve an issue with MD Exam, contacting their support repeatedly. Despite having access to my account the entire time, they continue to provide contradictory and inaccurate information.

The latest email claimed that no order was ever placed and no charge was processed, yet I have already received my medication—including my second dose—and I have the charge on my credit card. How can a company claim no order exists when they shipped two doses and billed me?

Every interaction has been frustrating, with no accountability and no apparent effort to review basic account information before responding. Customers should not have to spend weeks proving what the company already has records of.

If this is how they handle patient medications and billing, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been one of the most disorganized and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
