MD DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERS Arvostelua

I spoke with Omar on the phone when I was enquiring about rings and pricing for resizing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to the fullest. We set up an appointment to inspect the ring I had and went over the prices. He let me know everything I could have for each price and what I could do with the ring. We then sent the ring off to the workshop to get engraved and resized. Omar was in constant communication even when he had an accident off his bike. We met and he showed me the ring and I was very happy with how everything turned out. Omar even gave me a box with a light as I was proposing in the nighttime. I would recommend his services to all.

An amazing experience! I first met Omar when I went ring shopping with my friends. I had no idea what I liked or didn’t like but Omar helped me find the perfect ring! Thank you

I was lucky enough to be proposed to with an MD Diamond ring. It is the most beautiful diamond, amazing clarity, cut and carat!

It was a size too big and we took it to Omar who couldn't do enough to help. The ring was resized and returned within 48hrs.

I messaged Omar looking for a ring; back & forward within one week of sending some ideas we finally got the ball rolling. Step by step I was updated with videos and photos of the ring being designed. 4 weeks later I recieved it, couldn’t be happier with Omar & his service. Very professional from day 1 to the day I got the ring in the post & still checked in after it was recieved. Many thanks

The team did a wonderful job re-sizing my ring. Omar was very prompt, understanding and professional. I would highly recommend for any jewellery repair and they have a beautiful jewellery collection as well!

My partner needed to resize her Annoushka ring. Looked online and found MD Diamonds were close by (we live at City Island) and MD Diamonds are Canary Wharf. Met Omar who talked us through the process and who was very informative. The turnaround time was amazing, literally 2 days and to add, Omar even delivered the ring back to us. If you’re looking for bespoke jewellery or ring resizing then speak to Omar. The reviews speak volumes.

My boyfriend and I wanted to get a very special ring sized and Omar made the process so easy and enjoyable. He instantly put us at ease and was communicative throughout the whole thing, always keeping us updated on the status of the ring. The results were great and really professional. We were so pleased and would absolutely use the service again. Omar provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend, especially for precious jewellery.

Reached out to Omar after seeing good reviews about him for ring cleaning & getting valuation certificates for insurance. Was very happy with the service and outcome, rings came back in a brand new condition and the valuation was done very promptly too.

Many thanks to Omar for helping me resize my ring in 24 hours. Convenient service and was kept aware of timings throughout. Highly recommend.

I ordered my engagement ring from Omar. The process was seamless, and he gave me a discount and better platinum grade to the one I had previously chosen. Thanks for the great experience!

I bought my wedding ring from Omar and he was very helpful and got exactly what I wanted. Great to deal with and kindly offered to give my engagement ring a clean before the wedding itself! Highlighly recommend.

It has been a real pleasure buying the engagement ring from Omar. He went out of his way to make sure the final product was exactly what I was looking for.
Words cannot describe the customer service and the help provided.

Omar was amazing. I gave him my vision and he brought it to life. He worked within my budget and produced my 3 rings within a time that no one else good. Amazing service.

Omar is professional and listens to you. He can also propose you different choices and guided me from the ring creation to choose the metals and stone, until delivery.

Omar was considerate throughout the process of choosing a ring, both of our budget and my partner's desires regarding the ring. The ring came quickly and my partner was very happy with it.

I was recommended MD Diamons by word of mouth. I'm so glad to have contacted MD Diamonds based on the recommendation. I was looking for a Man's platinum band. I had my first consultation with Daaim and he has been my point of contact from start to finish. Very genuine guy who really knows his stuff when it comes to rings and diamonds. I am so pleased with the superb service and excellent quality of the ring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any rings or diamonds I need in the future.
