MD DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERS Arvostelua

Omar made the process of selecting the perfect and affordable ring a breeze. He patiently addressed all my questions and proved to be a highly knowledgeable professional. The ring he helped me choose was simply mind-blowing, and my fiancée fell in love with it the moment she saw it. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Omar's honesty and expertise made the entire experience more than a 10/10. I highly recommend his services

Omar made the whole experience so easy from deigning the ring to getting it resized after. His knowledge and experience really helped me through the process of giving my fiancé her perfect ring.

Omar was amazing to us from start to finish. He designed the rings and made them bespoke based on me and my husband’s preferences. He also helped us understand the jewellery and the turn around was super fast. We would highly recommend MD Jewellers.

Omar was extremely professional, accommodative and proactive in terms of designing my necklace. His patience was much appreciated and I would recommend him highly!

Dealing with a honest and transparent jeweller was refreshing. Omar took his time to explain a lot on rings, their designs, what to look out for etc. Communication was clear and precise too. And the ring was just wow
The entire experience was 10/10 and would definitely recommend to everyone!

Excellent and speedy service. Resizing 22-year old wedding ring / band. Omar made it easy to check correct size and then delivered a beautifully resized and refurbished ring / band on time and for a fair price.

Outstanding communication and service - Mujtaba is incredibly friendly and professional, and the ring alterations (including engraving) were perfect. Highly recommend!

Omar and MD jewellers were amazing. Was recommended them through my family and they didn’t disappoint. Got both mine and my fiancé’s wedding rings from Omar.

My wedding ring is gorgeous!! Can’t wait to wear it forever!

Delighted with Omar and MD.

My ring was fixed and returned very quickly in perfect condition.

Having given an estimated price range, I was charged the minimum price. A tribute to Omar's integrity.

Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Omar explained the diamonds and kept me updated with my order, will definitely be recommending other brides! My ring came out exactly as I envisioned it.

Reposting from my Google review - I got my engagement ring resized with MD Diamonds. Omar was great, super accommodating, very quick and reassuring when we asked all our questions. Smooth, easy and reassuring!

10/10 Exceptional Service

Omar delivered professionalism and 10/10 exceptional service from start to the end, I am more than contented with the halo diamond cut ring that he designed and made for me.

Prior to meeting Omar, I have met with 3 other jewellers and felt pressured to put a deposit down on a ring, however, Omar was very knowledgeable and understanding as I wanted specific designs for the ring that I wanted.

During our first appointment, he clearly explained how clarity and classification of diamond works before showing me the designs that we have previously discussed over the phone. It took less than a month for Omar to design and make the ring, upon picking up the ring. I was given clear instructions on how the aftercare for the ring works. He also provided a box that came with the ring that lights up when you open it so this will make the moment more special.

Any first time ring buyers that is looking the perfect ring should look no further than Omar as he provided me with exceptional service during my shopping process.

Omar could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. My husband and I were so pleased with his work and the extremely quick turnaround time as well. Would absolutely recommend contacting Omar for any jewelry repairs or wedding rings.

In all honesty, it would be extremely difficult to describe how great Omar and MD Diamonds really is. Having been referred to Omar by a close friend, I came in with high expectations, these were not only met but Omar exceeded them.

Following an initial telephone consulation, I then met Omar at his Canary Wharf office. I had a specific design in mind, which became a reality and was finished to an unbelievable spec.

I will be revisting MD Diamonds as soon as my proposal is accepted!

Really impressed with the work that was done on the rings and Omar was so helpful and made time around you instead of himself which is brilliant customer service.

Wonderful service and even better final product! Omar was very considerate and listened to everything i had in mind for the ring. He showed me photos and videos of the ring so i knew exactly what i was purchasing and was a stress free experience. Highly recommend Omar & MD Diamonds!

Omar was a great. I was under a very tight schedule and budget, and Omar made it work! He was able to organise and create the perfect ring allowing me to propose! Thank you MD Diamonds, highly recommend.

Omar did an incredible job - I can’t recommend him highly enough. We needed a new shank for a ring that has a huge amount of sentimental value and was going to an engagement ring - Omar was able to advise on what was needed to repair the ring and reassured us that the repairs wouldn’t change the look of the ring. He did an absolutely phenomenal job - the ring looks stunning, and now that it’s been repaired we can see how insecure the diamonds were and how much more solid it feels now. He was able to reuse the metal of the original shank, which was very special for us, and my partner couldn’t be happier. We’re delighted and I would really recommend him to work with - he’s friendly, knowledgable, and very talented.

Working with Omar was stress free! He initially designed a ring I had in mind but post review helped me to select the perfect ring for my now Fiancé! She is over the moon and I cannot thank him enough. We also had to have the ring resized and Omar had it ready to collect within the same week which was fantastic!

Omar assisted with the creation of the engagement ring. He made sure to explain to us everything we need to know throughout the process and answered any questions we may have. Delightful experience with an amazing end result.
