There were problems with suppliers, but they were very helpful and forthcoming.

From initial enquiry to selling the bike a great professional service, Jake was quick to respond to inital enquiry, pocked the bike up within 24 hours and payment made. No stress of selling and worrying about payment. I would recommend this service

Ordered my Santa Cruz on a Saturday, it appeared on Insta the following Wednesday and it arrived on the Friday. Not quite next day but the bike was well packed, as described and after a first ride I’m well pleased, so it more than made up for that. Thank you Jake, I wish you success in your endeavour

Great customer service from start to finish from MCR bikes.
I spoke with Jake on the phone about several bikes I was interested in, and he helped me narrow it down. Eventually I went for a Cube Stereo Action Team! The bike arrived a few days after purchasing and has been fantastic ever since.
I had a slight issue with the gears after a few rides (usual bedding in), but MCR bikes quickly got that resolved.
