Bought MCoBeauty hydrate and glow serum, was sticky and awful look on my face. Even after putting tinted moisturiser on over it still too sticky.

I ordered the Face, Neck & Chest Bundle after seeing it promoted on social media. My order was placed on August 10, 2026, and I received confirmation on August 11 that it had been received/was being processed. After that, I received little to no meaningful information about my order or when I could expect it to arrive.

I contacted Macro Beauty multiple times because of the lack of updates and requested information about my shipment. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. The tracking information provided has also been concerning, including updates showing the status as unknown, and there is still no clear confirmation that my order is actually making its way to me.

What is most frustrating is that I gave the company multiple opportunities to address the issue directly before disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I’m leaving this review because I don’t want someone else to see the Face, Neck & Chest Bundle promoted on social media, place an order, and end up in the same situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from Macro Beauty unless you are comfortable with the possibility of significant delays and difficulty getting a clear response about your order.

The product I ordered and the one I received was NOT the same. I immediately sent an email to the support team and have not heard anything back. I have sent 2 more requesting my refund and still no response. So frustrating. Do NOT purchase.

I used the facial razor and this product design is a joke. I tried replacing one of the heads and it got stuck in the closed position. The tabs wouldn’t slip into their notches. I was left forced to attempt pulling the head out by force. My husband got it out and into the spots, but at that point the product is basically useless to me and all gouged up. It’s no wonder I don’t see products made in Australia in the USA much. The quality isn’t there. Don’t waste your money. The blades aren’t very good either.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with MCoBeauty. After using the product, my lips felt raw, burning, peeling, and painful for days. It caused a lot of irritation and discomfort, and I had to stop using it immediately. I expected a quality beauty product, but instead I was left dealing with soreness and dryness. I also did not feel supported when I reached out about the issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product or purchase from this brand again made my lips very dark. USA

Bought the shampoo and conditioner from woolworths. First time I used it my hair felt disgusting. The next time I didnt use the conditioner to see if that helped. It didn't. My hair felt like it hadn't been washed. Feral greasy thick to touch. Never again will I spend money on mco beauty products.

This company is a joke, except no one is laughing.i purchased a bunch of items a month ago and they only now delivered half the items today. When i tried to contact customer service SIX DIFFERENT TIMES about when the rest of my order would be shipped, some dumb bot responded with wrong information because it clearly didn't understand the question. This happened every time.

Then, several hours later, I just get a random refund notification for the other items i ordered. No explanation. Never once have been told anything was out of stock. Several items were for my daughter, so had I been told at any point in the last month since i placed the order that those things would be missing from the order, I could have gotten them elsewhere. But no.. Nothing. Not a word.

These people are awful. Their products aren't even good. Just a huge freaking disappointment.

Mco beauty Uk and teams are the best and genuinely care about customers, their recent popup was great and the products are even better as they are reasonably priced and gives high end competition. May this brand flourish and recommend everyone try them

McoBeauty have recalled their SPF50+ Mineral Mattifying Sunscreen after the TGA uncovered innacurate SPF ratings and McoBeauty are not sharing this with consumers on social media.

Unless you're actively looking for this information and stumble across what they call a "Sunscreen Update" hidden on their website, there is no way to know to stop using this product immediately.

Innacurate SPF ratings can result in sun damage, which could result in skin cancer which could result in death.

McoBeautys bare minimum isn't good enough. They need to act with integrity and transparency and share the recall and refund information now. It should be a pinned & permanent post and they should issue consumers an apology for trying to bury this important, potentially life threatening quality issue with their product.

This is a matter of health and safety.

Purchased MCoBeauty liquid blush - dusty rose. Absolute rubbish. It's container is ridiculous as are its contents. In the rubbish bin. Waste of good money! This brand CANNOT compete with budget brands !

I was so excited to try this brand and especially to see more foundations at the drugstore, but out of the foundations, only the bb cream is acne-safe (according to sezia.co and skinsort.com) and it only comes in 3 shades. the lightest one is super pink. salmon pink 😭😭😭😭😭 because I have fair olive tone skin I cannot use it. It would look horrible. Please, make more shades! 🙏🙏🙏

Had items in my cart went to go to check out and all the stock was out of stock i thought once its in your cart you hold that stock i was wrong

I received my order 3 weeks late only to find expired and gritty lip mask and balm. Have sent 4 emails with no response to get a refund or replacement.
Terrible customer support

Such a shame that the products contain silicones - AKA microplastics. Bad for your skin and bad for the environment.

My package was delivered somewhere else that clearly didn't show my address, and they refused to refund me or make it right at all. I will not be purchasing again and will be disputing with my bank. I refuse to give my hard-earned money to bad businesses anymore. I don't know what's going on, but lots of these companies have bad policies now. I just want to delete my TikTok, IG, and everywhere else where you see these products being pushed that they received for free, and we regular consumers suffer. Times are hard.. spend your money wisely. I don't know when these companies will realize they will only exist if they have customers buying. Why not treat us like we matter?

MCoBeauty is a bad company. Won’t stand behind their products. Product colors are not what they appear online. Company refuses to refund or make right. Don’t buy. Better off with Elf or Essence or Nyx. Wanted me to make a video applying the product but wasn’t agreeing to a refund. Who would allow them a video not knowing where they will post or use it? Bad makeup!

Will never purchase directly from the website again . It’s been a week and I’ve still had no update on my order. My order was “shipped” last Wednesday but it still says “ready for processing”. If you’re looking to purchase you’re better off going into retailers that sell them . My purchases were a birthday gift that are late .

I bought this lip pluming gloss!!! and it has been my bestfriend Ever since, I love all their products and will definitely purchase more goodies to try out 😀❤️
