So glad I came across McDade's when trying to source a company to make a batch of 60 new ties for our cricket club. Our request came with a strict deadline but, this did not phase McDade one little bit. The support, design and information was spot on and prompt and we were met with courtesy, guidance and assistance all along the way. It is reassuring nowadays to receive promises that are kept and deadlines that are met; definitely not a company that would need a customer services to fob off complaints.
