My deposits are in the thousands and i've never withdrawn one dollar. Today I did win $2,000 and the day prior won $600. Neither time, would it let me take that money out. I have been a loyal customer of mbit for a long time but and the best thing that I liked the most was that there was no maximum cash out on any bonuses and their loyalty program was the best but they have become pretty greedy lately and is making it very difficult to stay loyal

My deposit didn't show up in my account today and the casino has disabled my live chat feature as well as I assume blocked my email address as I have sent several emails . Why do people call customer support good when you can't call anyone? You have to email and usually get generic responses.

First of all, ##when you are playing and for any reason lose connection, the game will allow you to keep playing and you will lose every spin you make.

There's nothing they can do for you. So you will lose.

They do pay out very fast when you do win, and never had an issue with that. But there is no customer service you can call and once they don't want you to win you will not win or at least not much.
