The game variety is solid with a massive selection of slot machines, and both deposits and withdrawals are processed smoothly. However, the loyalty and rewards program is incredibly cheap and stingy, offering almost no real value to regular players. Furthermore, the return and volatility models feel highly suspect; hitting a decent return on only 1 or 2 out of every 10 deposits is an abysmal baseline. It is a functional platform for transactions, but the house edge feels heavily overtuned and the lack of decent incentives makes it a money pit.

To avoid this in the future, we recommend sending deposits using either the standard time and fees or the urgent time and fees options. Changing the time and fees while a transaction is processing can sometimes lead to similar issues.
Please be assured that the system did not deduct any funds incorrectly.
