Mayfair Watch Arvostelua

Absolute fantastic customer service received by Dennis throughout the ordering process. I was kept up to date with my order and received prompt replies to any queries I had. The watch was in better condition than anticipated and even came with additional accessories. Overall a great shopping experience !

Took a chance based on other reviews and wasn’t disappointed.

Item arrived exactly as described and extremely well packaged. Communication was prompt and informative.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mayfair again in the future. Good people!

The experience of my first time buying a watch online was great, Mayfair over delivered, really impressive service, better than a main dealer
Thanks guys

Amazing all around service and quality. Thank you!

Product was great quality, exactly as described.

I had a great experience buying from Mayfair! They had great communication and sent the watch quickly and well packaged. The watch was even better than the pictures!

The communication was excellent and prompt. I found exactly what I was looking for at a competitive price. The shipping was quick and painless. I also had the watch sized and it was a perfect fit.

I did experience some damage to the watch box from the plastic wrap meant to protest it. The plastic became permanently adhered (peeling off the faux leather if removed). I suggest a different approach to protecting delicate items. Not a huge issue.

That being said, the watch itself was in excellent condition. I was even sent a video of the watch being serviced, which was a really nice surprise. Overall a wonderful experience. My package even included some additional promotional items (hat, bracelet tool), a nice surprise touch.

Everything about the sale was exactly as advertised. The watch arrived on time in very secure wrapping. The sizing was perfect and in the package was a few very special thank you gifts that I will be putting to good use. Thank you Mayfair Watch.

Superb watch. The excellent photos on the website clearly indicated the excellent condition of the watch and it was a pleasure dealing with the company. I had a few questions about a couple of the watches they had for sale and their responses were quick and informative. Also, delivery to Australia was very quick. Would recommend them without any reservations.

I recently purchased a watch from Mayfair Watches, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I placed my order, their prompt communication impressed me. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly, giving me confidence in my purchase.

The delivery was exceptionally fast, arriving much sooner than I anticipated. The packaging was top-notch, reflecting the high quality of the brand - it also included gifts from Dennis and Chris, a very nice touch. The watch itself was delivered exactly as described, and it was evident that great care was taken to ensure it arrived in perfect condition - even sized to my wrist.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new timepiece. It not only looks stunning but also functions flawlessly as expected. I would definitely purchase from Mayfair Watches again and have already recommended them to several friends.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vintage watch from Mayfair Watches Limited, and I must say, it was one of the best purchasing experiences of my life. From start to finish, the level of service and attention to detail was truly exceptional.

Dennis at Mayfair Watches kept me informed every step of the way, providing prompt and helpful updates on my order. When the watch arrived, I was absolutely delighted. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and the quality was outstanding.

Not only was the watch itself amazing, but the extra touches Dennis included in the package made the experience even more special. The tools, the leather strap, and other goodies were thoughtful additions that reflected the company's dedication to customer satisfaction.

Every aspect of this transaction was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the personalized service.

I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for high-quality vintage watches. This experience has been nothing short of remarkable, and I look forward to future purchases with this outstanding company.

Thank you, Mayfair Watches Limited, for making this a memorable and positive experience!

Really helpful and professional from start to finish.
Loads if extras added into the delivery including several cleaning cloths, a travel case, a strap and tools and a hat.
The watch I ordered was originally a used but very good condition tudor date day with full set, however during ordering a new old stock version of the same watch came into stock and Dennis offered this to me first as a potential upgrade. Which I of course accepted.
Would definitely recommend Mayfair Watch.

Very good products and quality of service. Already two purchases!!
Which’l be the next?😁😁👌🏻

Great and clear communication throughout. Very pleasant experience.

Excellent communication and customer service from Chris and Dennis, as usual! The bespoke end-links for the Tudor Prince Date+Day are an amazing product and the fact they come with two beautiful straps is excellent value for money. Always a great product and experience with Mayfair Watch!

I recently purchased a Tudor watch from Mayfair and the whole experience was fantastic.

The watch arrived in immaculate condition, together with a few extra accessories, and the communication from Dennis was excellent!

Totally trustworthy dealer and I hope to deal with them again in the near future.

The watch came in impeccable condition, including an email with videos and images and a kit to adjust the strap. I was in-between using Mayfair watches and Chrono247 but made the right decision.

Chris and Dennis are simply the best. An A+ transaction from start to finish. Cannot recommend them enough!

Purchased two links for my Tudor Osyter Prince Date. These guys are classic Tudor specialists, they offered best price and links were in excellent condition, one could even say new! They also threw in a set of screwdriver and pin tool which was a nice touch. Took about 6 days to arrive but no problem, these links are hard to come by at a lower than retail price.

I recently purchased a beautiful 76214 with a silver sunburst dial from Mayfair Watch. The watch is in exceptional condition, cannot thank Dennis and Chris enough for their exceptional customer service! Would highly recommend Mayfair as they are second to none when it comes to Vintage Tudor and Rolex timepieces. Look forward to doing business with you again.
