In January, I purchased 5 pieces of their jewelry. All 5 pieces were broken, 2 broke when I tried to take them out of their packaging, 2 broke as I tried to put them on (no, they weren’t too small) and one arrived already broken. I have texted them 3 times to no avail. I was annoyed at first, NOW I’m angry. Is anyone having any success?
MAYA & HENRY'S JEWELRY is a scam website that claims to sell golden jewelry at a great discount (80%) due to the business closing. They present two older people who want to retire after 33 years in business, trying to empty their inventory. The business address in the site shows up as being in the US. It is all a scam. The pieces are made of cheap metal, shipped from China. They give you a hard time trying to get a refund, and if you want to return, they tell you to ship them back to China. Please be aware and stay away. We lost $250

This is a scam website. There is no elderly couple, closing down their 33 year old business. It’s cheap Chinese junk. The website was first registered in 2025 -

How do you know this is a scam? It's advertised on youtube that's how lol. The ad screams "GRIFTER". The fact they have been running the ad for weeks yet it's always the last week to grab stock cheap lol. You really think a mom & pop business that is closing advertises on youtube? Come on now, really!! The only people falling for this must be the elderly which makes it all the more disgusting.
