I saw Maya and Henry on FB and was suspicious at first, then I said these jewelry were too beautiful and affordable to past up . Taking that chance purchasing my pieces was one of the best feelings. I look so demure at work and Church. Im a libra (September)and my birthstone is sapphire. MY Sapphire earrings and ring are splendid. I lost my wedding band in Jamaica and the one i recently received was more than i expected from you. Thank you Maya and Henry my daughter and I cant wait to order our next items.

It was so easy to use the web site and view all the information on the different pieces. Of course, all of the jewelry looked beautifully displayed.
I will say that I wondered if it would look as good when my choices arrived. Maya Henry kept me updated with the details of my order and when I opened the package, I was delighted with each piece I had ordered.

In I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent purchase my wife made from your company.

My wife has bought several products from you in the past, the most recent being a ring (please see the attached photo). Upon wearing it for only two days, the ring turned her finger green. When I went to review your return policy, I found the process to be unnecessarily difficult and full of obstacles.

It is incredibly disappointing to receive such a low-quality product. Please be advised that I intend to share my experience in my upcoming reviews, and we will no longer be purchasing any items from your company.

I was so unsure about placing an order on line for jewelry , but decided to take a chance . And am I so glad I did dealing with Mya and Henry was sure a great experience, I had questions they answered them without any hesitation! After posting my first review, I have continued to purchase more items from Maya & Henry.com, not only for the 80% Retirement Sale but also because of how their customer support center has treated me since ordering my first couple of pieces, and answering any questions that I may have, such as colors, sizes, or stock.
I'm truly grateful to contribute to a company where the owners, like Maya & Henry, actually respond to their customers' messages. I am also grateful to Maya & Henry, along with their customer support center, for standing behind their words. "With much gratitude", I received one of my pieces and examined it only to find a defect with the latch not locking in place. I sent an email message about the issue, and I received a response from their customer support center, as well as from Mr. Henry himself. They replaced my item at no additional cost.

The quality of the merchandise and loved the styles I brought.

My first complaint is the shipping department sending me the wrong jewelry and almost making it impossible to get the right order. The second is the quality of the jewelry. A ring I bought is turning a copper color and is stretched out of shape.
