Maxclean Arvostelua

Vergonzoso, que hijosdeputa. Vaya robo.

Es una porqueria, TIMO

Advertised as including laser and cleaning all floor surfaces. Neither are true. This is a sweeper not a vacuum. It is at best a toy. Cleaning/sweeping motor is not powerful enough.

Returns are confusing at best. Policy says "used" cleaning products can not be returned but support people email the no cleaning products are eligible for return/refunds.

I kept asking "if it doesn't work, how can it be used?". Waiting for a lucid answer/explanation.

This robot vacuum is a total rip off. The video shows you a really nice product- like a toomba- and then sends you a tiny sweeper. They ask you to return it but the return addresses are not real places. Luckily, I read about the scam on Facebook (Scammed by Megadeals) and refused mine. DO NOT BUY!!

Ad on Facebook took me to Megadeals to order a smart robotic vacuum. After 3 weeks for delivery (to my elder parents), they received a totally different (toy) sweeper. Nothing like the ads and review that took me to them. When I emailed them to return for refund, they said send tracked mail to China (USPS quoted $101.80 to ship, then said address was not valid). Contacted Paypal, they say ship it back to an address in Malta which is another bad address. Item Rx was toy, entire thing is a scam/fraud. Facebook group has tons of files and scammed members

This is a horrible company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! IT IS ALL A SCAM! You do not get the product they advertise, you get a cheap plastic toy then you have to fight to try and get a refund. They want you to return the product but all the addresses they give are false so the product won't make it to them and you will not get refunded.

Zero actually
Got a $5 floor sweeper... challenging the $180$ charge on my credit card as FRAUD.
No dock...
Barely works on a hard floor, gets stuck..
Not the robotic radar Controled intelligent carpet vacuum that said.
Total scam ...
FRAUD

I ordered 3 Maxclean robotic vacuums from Megadeals after seeing an ad on Facebook and viewing videos of them in operation. I also paid an additional 19.99 for a 3 year warranty. The items I was sent were cheap, non-robotic sweepers that didn't fit the original description at all. No paperwork was included and no mention of the warranty coverage. I did not open them, but checked online first to find the original description which was no longer available. What I found were numerous reviews from others who said they had been sent the same pieces of junk. I have contacted the seller about returning them for a refund, but their only response so far was to say they sent me the items I ordered with a link to an order page which was not the same as the one I used. The sweepers were sent from Singapore and claimed as a gift (commercial sample) for customs – which was even more fraud on the sender’s part, as they were definitely not a gift! The reviews I have read say that PayPal is requiring people to return the sweepers to Estonia at a cost of $24 before a refund will be made and then claiming they were never received and not refunding anything. I have already been scammed once. I have filed a dispute with the PayPal resolution center and I am hoping it does not continue the scam by requesting I return these to Estonia, but will issue me a refund or get Maxclean to do so, without additional hoop jumping.
Update: Megadeals is issuing refunds - received mine yesterday from Megadeals through PayPal. If you fell for this scam, don't give up until you get a full refund!

Purchased what I thought was a robot vacuum but received a $5.00 sweeper that can’t even clean tile. Refused return as they say it’s a cleaning product. What you’re seeing in the videos on Facebook isn’t what you receive. There’s a group on Facebook called “Scammed by Megadeals” whose members are getting some results. Over 350 members and raising.

Total scam want my money back but who do you contact when they stop contacting you by email.

It’s a maxi fraud to get your money .
Don’t trust this company , instead the advertised product they send me toy looking little sweepers that just turn around and do nothing !
The product is designed for fraud .
It doesn’t work and doesn’t look what you think you’re buying .

This Maxclean from megadeals.ltd is a scam. It is not even close to what they show in their very convincing commercial. It is more than a ripoff it’s fraud. They are raking in the cash betting on us not bothering to return the item for a refund because it’s so expensive. They offered me $8 refund on my $80 purchase. I’ve filed a claim!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Should have known better, done more research. When something is too good to be true it usually is. These slick scammers made a convincing video and now are refusing return due to their "policy" on "cleaning products". Said video is now no where to be found and I have 5 pieces of junk that don't even work on hardwood floors let alone carpet.

Same SCAM company as Megadeals! They advertise as a wonderful robo vacuum and send you a little toy robo vacuum. Bait and switch! Took me a long time to get my $90 back from them! Do not buy anything from this site. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!

Same fraudulent company as Megadeals and MDE Commerce LTD.
Bait and switch, they show a very nice robotic vacuum, capable of mapping, with sensors for stairs, big dust bin, with a charging dock. What they send is a small, battery operated mini sweeper. A cat toy, really. Worth about $5.00.
I bought through pay pal, and they won’t give refunds, or send a return shipping label.
So many people have been scammed by this Facebook ad, they have so many claims against them, through pay pal and individual credit card companies. They’ve started giving refunds. They still want you ship it back, on your dime, to Estonia, and Malta, or China. All invalid addresses. I refuse to pay to ship this crap back!
Don’t buy anything from MaxClean, Megadeals or MDE Commerce LTD. all are bogus scams!!

Scam - blatant misrepresentation of products. Snazzy facebook advertising video shows an advanced robot vacuum with sensors, mapping software, stair and object avoidance, carpet and floors ...... and a month later, they ship you a toy that has a broken english instruction manual that says it will fall down stairs and doesn't do carpets. It doesn't even look like the product in the video. Online youtube reviews show no sensors or mapping software. It goes in circles.

$80 vacuum? it's not even worth $8.

Scam - avoid!

Do not buy a Maxclean robot vaccum, it arrived and it was nothing like the one advertised, it was like a toy, and a cheap nasty one at that, am going through paypal to hopefully get my $114.95 back...also joined the fb group..Scammed by Maxclean, so many people have been scammed, Do not buy this rubbish.

Svindel. Du får en helt ubrukelig robotstøvsuger.

Do not buy from these fraudsters!! I bought a MaxClean robot vacuum and the product is not as advertised at all with a different name. It is a tiny toy! As soon as I picked it up from the post office I knew I had been scammed as the box is half the size of my hand when product shown in the commercial is full sized vacuum with a dock. I didn't even bother to open the plastic wrap. Does not have any of the features in the ad.

This product is not as advertised with NONE of the complex features and capabilities shown in the ad. No sensors, no docking station - nothing. They claim two men, whose names change depending on the country they are scamming at the time - but who for Australia was Tyler Bell and Nick Miller were engineers who left a well known brand vacuum factory to make their own brand at a lower cost. It all seemed real and legit. Then they send a shoddy 19cm wide 'toy' type
sweeper. Ad hs been taken down now. Funny that. As soon as the complaints start rolling in. I have the original video and screen shots of the product that was meant to be sent.

Zero stars!!!

Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent....advertising one product...taking your money and sending a bit of junk that doesn't remotely resemble the Max clean vaccum...bad...bad...bad
