The best part of the experience was my call with Kraig. The total DFY made it easy on me - however the rest of my experience was terrible and I was deeply disappointed. My first call with Wesel was pushy and forced. It was 3am my time and I showed up ready to talk about my company and ads, I already purchased the service but all he wanted to do was force me into their program. When I scheduled my next call with kraig, I had questions and reached out via email and got no response. When I got my copies and ad images, I was also given a file with the photos that I would be able to edit. Only 1 or 3 images is in that file and despite me telling support this multiple times, they continued to tell me I was wrong and would not provide the other 2 photos. Because of this, I couldn’t even run my ads - which was the whole point of this endeavor. The graphic designers put the incorrect title on my image and publishing it would have been false information. Still 0 response back from this “team”

Jabran and Kraig were excellent! However, my article didn’t make it in a “major publication”. MarketWatch is pretty big, but nothing compared to USAToday

The staff that met with me and worked on my ad were very experienced, thoughtful, and genuinely wanted my business to be successful. I would recommend this to anyone looking to grow their business.

This is a total scam.
First they get you with their done for you facebook ad about how they will make your facebook ads for you and yada yada. It's not a bad hook for only $97 USD
But I paid $197 because I know you need more than 1 ad to be able to test anything and the $97 only included 1 ad.

They claim to have your ads ready in 7-14 days.

Well it's been a month and still no creative has been sent to me.
Then they ask me to schedule a call with Jabran- their head of strategy. The guy couldn't get his zoom to connect because his internet was spotty. But then he sent me a proposal for $50k even though we had 1 spotty call and his internet was very poor.

Kidding me right?
Mind you I still haven't seen what they said they would deliver.

Then he tells me you guys never got my google form with my specifications for my ads. Even though I sent it in. So I send it in again, and finally get scheduled with another rep today- his name is Andre Cano.

But before the call is scheduled, Rudy's team sends a form guys stating that if I show up late I will get charged $50 and that I should respect people's time.

So I show up a few minutes early to my 11:30 am call, and this guy Andre Cano never shows up. I finally emailed him at 11:41 am asking him if he forgot about our call?

And what do you know he logs in right away. But guess what? His video and audio don't work?

This is a joke! Should I ask for $50 since he was late? Considering that's what you would charge me if I didn't show up to our meeting on time?
This is a straight-up scam.

They are very unorganized. Some people grow too fast and have no standard operating procedures to ensure people don't run away. How can you expect anyone to spend 20 or 50k in your company when this is the type of treatment you get?

you did keep your promise to deliver the creatives for my ads, and did send someone to help me set it all up. we are going to see how they perform and meet again to assess our next steps,very helpful.

Despite numerous emails, I have not received any replies. Additionally, all of my scheduled calls for the month were cancelled without prior notice, even though I was in the midst of resolving issues related to signing the agreement. Furthermore, the first dfy ad I launched with your tech person was rejected by Facebook due to low quality or disruptive content. I have requested a refund, yet no one has responded to me. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable.

Got the content wrong, didn’t understand my business.
Took ages to produce low quality ads that got rejected by Facebook.
Slow and poor communication to resolve the issue. Which is still ongoing.
