Rudy Mawer will not grant you a refund... don't order!
I ordered Rudy Mawer's Endless Emails program and found very little value in it as a majority of the emails read like ChatGPT wrote them. So I read the refund policy and it said "you are less than thrilled with the value and resources you receive today, you can request a refund at any time for the next 365 days!".
Then when I went to request a refund his customer support says I didn't qualify for a refund because I needed to wait 12 months and go through all of the material.
If Rudy's company is willing to rip someone off for a meager $27, I'd hate to see what they'll do to someone who makes a sizeable investment

Regarding your refund request, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. Our refund policy states that if you are not satisfied with the value and resources you receive within the first 365 days, you can request a refund. However, if you have consumed all of the material within the program, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Our customer service representative has been in communication and as you have consumed and used the digital services/product's available, you would have to now meet the criteria set out by the guarantee/warranty section on the sales page. We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we want to assure you that we take our refund policy seriously and will always strive to make things right for our customers.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment you have experienced. We value your business and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! 100% SCAM artists...
On the 5th of January 2023, I bought a ‘DFY’ Facebook Package advertised online for the sum of $99.
Unfortunately, the three Facebook ads that were produced (as part of the ‘Done For You’ package) were all rejected by Facebook once I attempted to publish the campaign. Therefore, rendering the work useless.
Furthermore, my understanding of this offer was producing super-effective ads, created by an experienced team of marketers. Because they haven’t delivered the service the sales offering stated, I strongly believe that I have been misled in committing to a product that was falsely missold.
I've attempted to resolve the problem and would appreciate either a full refund or at the very least receiving three newly created Facebook ads, that are fully compliant with Facebook advertising policies.
As of today (1st April 2023), no one at Mawer Capital has returned my requests for a resolution.
This Company and its founder are a 100% scam and anyone entertaining using its services to keep well away. Furthermore, I will be contacting the relevant misselling services in Florida, such as the 'Department of Justice' to ensure that this company is stopped in its tracks. Buyers, please be aware !!!
