an appointment is not really an appointment.

I called in to make an appointment a few days ago and they told me I could get it done on Sunday at 9:00am first appointment. When I came in the gentleman at the front desk was not nice. I was on time but had a couple of people in front of me. And it’s 11:30am. I went back to check and the guy is sitting at a desk behind the door, and my truck is on the rackto have four new tires put on and an alignment. When I complained to him, he said I can’t help it if the people up in the office make all these appointments and I have to deal with it and the customers.
I will never come here again.
