Mavis Tire - Red Lion Arvostelua 

Stay away, these people have no idea what they are doing. Sept 11 order a set of tires and gave a 25.00 deposit. Had appointment 0n the 12th for install. Dropped off car and put key in lock box. At 4:00 I called to see if car was done. They asked what it was in for I said tires. Then said they had no keys,it took them 1/2 hour to find them. The person ask what size and make do I want,because he said they could have them on by closing in 30 min. Again he was told tires were ordered in and gets tire alignment. He Was told tires were in.So made appointment for next day. At 7:30 in morning .I received another phone call asking me what size and make tire did I want. Ask for a refund of my 25.00. Received an email Sept 14 they gave the refund that was never received. Now disputing thru card co.

I Went to the store to get tires. They needed to be ordered. I was told that they would be in the following day and given a Scheduled time. When I arrived at the store at my scheduled time, I was told that the tires in fact had not been shipped to that store, but had been sent to their Lancaster store. They stated they would not be able to have them sent to their store over the weekend and that they would have them there Monday. I called the store Monday afternoon. I was told that they would be there tomorrow. That being said I have now taken off three days from work. I was a little frustrated so I got off the phone. I called back to get the location of the Lancaster store where the tires were supposedly shipped to incorrectly. This time I was told the tires were actually located in their Dover store. At that point, I asked them to refund the initial deposit. I brought multiple vehicles in that location and had great service. Apparently, the place turned into a complete **** show at this point. If you value your time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The employees are very friendly and helpful with their knowledge. They are helpful with providing coupons as well as quick to get the work done professionally.

I have been to this location two times for the same tire service. Wade was a real stand up guy and gave me the type of care and service that will keep me returning. he seriously went above and beyond. thank you!

My dad and I have been going to Mavis for a while now. I am starting to go by myself and it can be stressful sometimes, being young and a female I don’t know a lot about cars! I came in to get an inspection on my car. I was lucky to meet Wyde! He was very helpful and even took me out to where my car was being worked on to show me what was wrong with it. He and the rest of the team were very understanding and helpful and worked alongside me and my dad for a couple of days to help us figure everything out and get it fixed. Wyde is awesome thank you!!

Stopped in to have a tire put on a wheel. Even tho I already them & didn’t purchase from mavis, they got on it & a minimum wait. Very friendly & will go back.

These guys are the best I came in needing a new tire for my spare wheel and they had me in and out in about 15 minutes with exactly what I need at minimum cost. I was very impressed with them in their professionalism. Suggest them great job guys thank you.

I called earlier in the day with a wire in my tire and Ryan answered the phone in a very pleasant voice I told him my problem and I said I couldn’t be there till 5:15 He said no problem just come on in I brought my tire in and the other Ryan fixed it They didn’t charge me for the service This was a surprise and so nice of the Ryan’s Thankyou so much Mavis for hiring great people to work for you

DO NOT GO HERE!!! For any reason! I went in for an alignment and came out with a busted skidplate and gas tank! Whatever they ran over was hard enough to smash the drive shaft into the frame. Contacted store manager then regional manager and were no help. They test drive cars off camera so it is tech's word against mine. So I spent 130 on an alignment and ended up doubling to fix the damage they refuse to take ownership of. 0 stars
